I’ve got an NHS scan on Thursday but also booked a private scan on Saturday as was worried they wouldn’t tell me the gender at the nhs one! Haha! But I’m asking them to write it down in an envelope and plan not to open it until 11th March which is hubbys birthday and mother’s day (if I can wait that long!!!)

Hope you’re good Mexico and the sickness is easing xx

Still not sure if we are going to find out but officially tri 2 now (yay) and think I felt first movements over the weekend. Cant be sure as could just be wind but yesterday my hubby had his hand on my belly while watching TV and pretty sure it was first movements. Had the same thing with my first one though much later as hubby has very warm hands and they seem to respond to that.

Having been up with a poorly toddler at 3.30am this morning I am slightly wondering why I am putting myself through the lack of sleep again... I do not survive well on little sleep. Poor people at work today are not going to get me at my best.

Congrats on being officially in tri 2! They do say you feel movements earlier if you have other children, how great that your hubby can feel it too! I have no idea what movements would feel like at the start as this is my first xx

Oh no, I need to stop crossing my legs! I teach year 1 so I always do it. I spent all of Friday sat crossed legged painting the hall on our INSET day haha. Happy half term ladies! xx

I worded that wrong, lol. he hasn't felt movement yet... I am a big girl so probably wont until well after 20 weeks but it was his hand that seemed to cause the response. Last time his 'bonding time' with the baby was to moisturise my tummy each night so might start doing that again this time. have to say I enjoyed it too.
