Sjf, have you taken an opk today? all that EWCM looks promising! I did know that the temps can be taken from down there, they can also be done anally! There the closest to core temp you can get...but its the thought of having something hard and cold stuck between my legs first thing in the morning. Plus if i start rummaging around OH might think his luck is in!

Baby3 I’ve been doing my temps this month and they have been erratic so I’m going to attempt to do temps internally down there instead next cycle if we don’t conceive this time because I’ve read that that’s meant to be more accurate. I’d never even thought of doing temps down there haha.

I’m still playing the ovulation waiting game. Still getting negative OPKs but my temps went up this morning so wondering if it’s near. If not, AF is due on Saturday/Sunday. I’m CD27 and I’ve felt like this has been my longest cycle EVER because I’m second guessing everything due to lack of ovulation confirmation... it’s so frustrating. One day I think I’m not going to ovulate this month and accept it but then my temps dip and I get EWCM a few days later, talk about a rollercoaster! Today my CM is watery and temps have gone up... so confusing m.

I wouldnt always rely on opk's - another member used them the month she got her bfp and didnt have one positive opk, so it just goes to show.

I would 'listen' to your body, so for me ewcm was always another good indication for me, so if you get that i would dtd.

Here are my last few OPKs. Yesterday and today’s seem to be going fainter... god I hate this guessing game haha. My OPKs coupled with my temps are driving me insane!

Thanks for the reassurance though that even negative OPKs can mean you can still get a BFP. I know they don’t work for everyone... it’s just frustrating not to see them progress

I found this website really helpful as it has videos too so you can compare what you are like to what it is meant to be like. When I got pregnant last month I had quite thick CM after ovulation and before AF was due... I’ve only been off the pill since the end of May so we are at similar stages...

I never noticed any cm before my AF, but tbh I only ever noticed ewcm around ovulation - other than that I was dry as a bone

Fx it’s a sign you will get that bfp

Temps took another drop today. Just hovering over pre-ov temps. I think tomorrow I'll drop below the baseline and AF won't be far behind that. So I suspect spotting will start either today or tomorrow and AF will be in full swing by Monday.

On to next cycle.

Ok so here's a puzzle for you!

Temps took a nosedive, but just had a blob of ewcm and wetness in my nicks (sorry for TMI!) so though 'hmm odd'. Had the urge to poas and used a clear and simple test (cheap wilko test). Got this... Rational Emma tells me it's an Evap, broody Emma is praying it's the start of something. Can decide if it has colour. Came up in time frame but had to pull the test apart to get a big coz the shine from the covering was preventing me. Not even sure if your gonna see it, the quality of photos is shocking when uploaded lol

Looks pretty grey on here :/ inverted it but the quality is shocking.

I'm fairly sure it's an Evap, at 12/13 dpo you'd expect it to be much darker.
