August 2017 babies!

Coach queenie just remember when the time comes that it's your body and they absolutely cannot induce you without you agreeing to it so if you're sure of your dates then you can hold out. I've had one baby naturally and one induced and the induction was on my due date as he was measuring so big, I'm glad I had it but it does seem to make the contraction period much more intense x

How strange Coachqueen. Hoping for rainbow is in a similar position I think, measuring a week ahead.

Hopefully as it's your second then you won't go overdue.
I'm really hoping to go in to labour naturally this time.

Feeling absolutely huge. Can't believe how big my belly is for 15 weeks!

I'm excited for your scan this week Rose. Loving all this gender guessing.

Xx

It's very strange, my dates have been moved forward 5 days. The same thing happened with my first and they had to go back to original dates at his time of birth due to him being early and they didn't want to risk not giving steroids. I think I just have big babies haha.

So exciting for scan dates, loving seeing everybody's pictures, I have no clue looking at pictures whether girl or boy, and my picture is not the clearest either, but not fussed either way, I already have a boy so a girl would be lovely but I really have no preference.

As for a bump I am 15 weeks today and absolutely nothing to show for it, I was the same with my first and even in the last month before I was due people were still shocked when they found out I was pregnant never mind due in the near future, hopeing this time for a slightly bigger bump, but I suppose a small bump is practical and less to take off once baby is here.

Hope your all keeping well, I am still ill, holding out hope that I am going to get better soon, but on the plus side my 20 week scan came though and is on the 30th of march. So just counting down the days.

I'm jealous kiwi, I wish I was small, I'm flipping enormous already!

Can you believe there is a November mummies thread? That seems crazy! Makes me realise how quickly time flies and how in 6 months will all have little bundles arriving! X

Hi Rose, I saw the nov mummy's thread and couldn't believe it. Time has felt like it has gone so slowly each week but now looking back it's flown really.

Jumping over to tri 2 now as I'm 13+4 so almost there.

How is everyone doing?

I know I said that on the thread lol, I mean we're all around 14-16 weeks already!

Has anyone started wearing maternity clothes yet? I'm 15 weeks today and the only way I can describe how I feel Is that I gained an extra roll of fat overnight and it's just there and round/bloated but nobody else can see it just me! 😂 lol

Hahaha I've had the maternity jeans on for weeks and I've never stopped wearing feeding tops from my son which might as well be maternity ones. Also was at a wedding at the weekend and had to wear maternity dress as nothing else fitted x

I've been in maternity clothes since 6 weeks, was leggings/jeans first with normal dresses/tops but now it's full on maternity wear and my god its comfy. I can't imagine how tough it's going to be going back to proper jeans x

Yes, I've been in maternity trousers for a few weeks too. I can manage with longer tops for now.
It is a struggle finding something to wear to work though.
X

Going back to normal jeans is probably the worst thing about having a baby! It's so uncomfortable!

It's finally scan day! It's at 2.10pm so just got to get through the morning! X

Yay, excited for you Rose. Hope all goes well.
Can't wait to see pics.

Going back to normal underwired bras was the worst for me.
My maternity bras weren't much to look at but my god are they comfy.
X

Elspeth I've never made in back into underwired bras since early 2014!!! They are so uncomfortable now and I would never have worn anything else before! X

Well here it is! Finally! Baby was very wriggly and not behaving and this was he one decent image. I'm finding it hard to gender guess. I think it is probably a boy but it doesn't look like either of my children's scans so I'm not sure! X

Ahhh rose!
Lovely scan pic!

Yes I'm maternity clothes and once you start you can't go back!
They are too comfortable!
Love love love my H&M over the tummy trousers
H&M have fantastic range in store to try on and reasonably priced :) anyone know any other stores?
Need maternity bra asap!!!

I'm 34E normally!
Really struggling to find a decent bra :(

Using my Doppler loads and I find it fascinating how baby moves all over the place!!!
Took me a while to find him today he was hiding right at the top!!
Was getting worried!!

Loving the thought of being 4months and almost half way...

Decided to wait for 20week scan to confirm babies a boy I had trouble getting gender scan for 16weeks for £38 and didn't want to pay more!

Hope to find out how you've all gone on with gender scans!! ? Xx

Brilliant picture Rose

Prrrfect- ASOS and next sale for me. I ordered loads and sent about half back. I'm thinking of getting a Doppler, which one did you get?

We have a scan booked for 16 weeks so only 2 weeks and 2 days to go. It's crazy I can't imagine knowing. It feels so real x

Ahhhh, wonderful. So pleased.
What did they date you at Rose?

I think the skull looks girly. I'm going to guess girl.

I don't think I'll go back to underwired bras either after this for a long time. I breastfed for 15 months and might try to do longer with this little one. I hope that doesn't sound too weird but I really loved doing it.

Yes, also rate h&m maternity wear. Also love JoJo but more pricey.
Not sure where to get a good maternity bra, have only done mothercare and m&s in the past.
Xxx

New look for maternity wear on the high street. Seraphine for pricey but good quality stuff that lasts (I should know seeing as it's all last for 3 pregnancies lol!). Vertbaudet which is online and a sister company of la Redoute do some good things that are fairly reasonable price and always have discounts. Red herring at debenhams online have stuff too but I've never bought any. George at Asda online x

Oh and debenhams for maternity bras but good quality nursing bras use Emma Jane bras which go up to big big cup sizes if you go direct to them rather than through asos or similar x
