This is how we announced our pregnancy. Athena is too wee to understand but wanted her to be the one to announce it.... Shame that that week was "I won't smile I will just look like I'm going to eat you" haha

We are waiting until August too was going to wait with my first but ended up having loads of scans due to medical problems so ended up finding out. So fingers crossed this time

She is 14 months and a wee monkey!! Aaaw at 3 she will know what you mean haha Athena has no idea xx

We are going to be finding out as I "just gotta know" lol but unfortunately he won't let me have the gender scan private as he says that £55 can be spent on the baby 🍼 which he is right but I just keep going "just gotta know" lol but he's not caving lol 😂

So we told our daughter last night.
She seemed pretty unconcerned actually which is rather funny.
She has asked a few questions since so is obviously taking it in. Feels good not to have it as a secret anymore.

She told DH she really really really wants a sister though.
No pressure.

15 weeks today. I'm remembering how lovely this stage of pregnancy is and am impatient for a proper bump.

Feeling pretty much normal apart from a few twinges. Feeling fat though rather than pregnant, its annoying! ha

I have a bump but apart from that I feel fine! I lack energy during the day but seem to get by. I have been feeling movement too which doesn't surprise me, Athena was a wriggle and felt her early too.

My dating scan is Thursday, finally feels like I'm almost there now! I'm still convinced I can feel some small Movements when I'm lying in bed and concentrating only on that.

Feeling a bit rough tonight, headache which I think is morphing into a migraine as I'm starting to feel sick from it. Really tired as usual and my little boy's top two teeth are just breaking the surface so he is restless tonight. I've also got really spotty all of a sudden which in hopeful is a sign baby is a girl as I got bad skin with my daughter but not my son x

We had our 12 week scan on Valentine's Day! Was lovely to see our baby, plus I was taken off consultant led care as my bmi is only marginally over and I'm healthy on every other way Just a big relief in every way! xxx

Hey everyone sorry it's been a while since I have been on. Hope you are all doing well. I've been so busy at work I was exhausted by the time I got home haha I kept falling asleep lol. So glad the 2nd trip is underway. I had my 12wk scan on the 6th and I am due the 16th. So I'm 15wks on weds. Here's a pic of my little squishy x

Hi all, I'm 15 weeks on Thursday, had my scan at beginning of Feb and all is well, they aren't changing my dates which I'm a bit annoyed about, i know i ovulated a week later than usual so expected baby to measure a week behind, my scan was at exactly 12 weeks going by LMP (11 weeks going by my calculations) and baby measured 11+1...they are keeping my EDD at 17th Aug, which means I've a much bigger chance of being induced because I'm "overdue" even though I know I won't be. Hopefully that makes sense lol

I also thought I would be moved back by at least 3 days, cos my cycles are never ever 28 days but I was kept the same too. But I guess the baby measured well, or I'm just wrong! I dont know when I ovulated so maybe.
