****** April Mummies!!!! ******

Sorry to hear that dizzy, hopefully the diabetes midwife will be able to reassure you & explain things better so it's not fear of the unknown. Really don't think it's a massive deal now, you will be surrounded by experts! Hope you feel a bit more positive soon xx

Hi ladies

Hope everyone is good?

Dizzy - sorry to hear about your test results. I have my GTT on Friday, I have 2 friends that had diabetes pregnancy and delivered well with no complications. One had a birth pool too.

Still struggling with sleeping? Anyone else clock watching through the night?!

Having a battle with my HR dept at the moment which is stressing me out as they are trying to take away my company car, I work for a fairly small company so there is no consistency! Ball ache!

Have a good day ladies x

The 7.39 programme was great, only seen first episode so far but up I'm hooked!

Morning! No work Wednesday for me as usual. Not got a lot to do, with hubby being away it's amazing how clean & tidy my house has stayed. Only got some dusting & hoovering to do :0)

My dad dropped off my new crib & mattress yesterday and I'm so tempted to build it but as we've got to paint the nursery it's not really worth it

I've also recorded 7.39 and am looking forward to watching that at some point :)

Morning ladies.

What's 7.39?

Sat in work really wishing i was home!! Im so tired i can barely keep my eyes open!!! No idea how Im going to last another 11 weeks in work....
Xxx

Absolutely shattered here too. Woke at about 4 and just couldn't get back to sleep i'm so uncomfy in bed and no amount or configuration of pillows helps!!

Watched both parts of 7:39 not sure how I really felt about it in the end!

ANother day with the accountants today, was such hard work yesterday I hope it goes quickly or we get done early so that I can try and sleep. On the plus side an order I did on Monday from Kiddicare should be arriving today, and I picked up my gro egg room temp monitor/night light thing last night. Getting things ticked off my list feel v good.

It's a 2 part drama they did on BBC1 about 2 people meeting on their morning commute on the 7:39 train

Ah, i will see if i can find it on catch up.

Got really bad rib ache today :-( also very nearly fell asleep at my desk this morning!! Xxx

Afternoon everybody. Been for the GTT which was fine tbh.

A bit worried now though as I asked the MW about movement and we discussed the fact that the kicks weren't as powerful and movement seemed reduced. She put me on the monitor for 20 mins and said everything looked fine. I got home about 11.30 and the MW has just phoned me and said that the doctor wants to send me for a scan because of the reduced movement. I asked if there was something wrong with the monitoring this morning and after ummmming she said no and I shouldn't be worried they just want to check blood flow etc. I feel worried though, really anxious. They wouldn't send me on a whim, can't help but feel they have concerns. I'd just rather know what they are thinking.
Sorry if I seem neurotic or pathetic, just having a panic. :(

Try not to worry hun I know doctors a're really over cautious when it comes to pregnant women so it might just be them saying better safe than sorry. Fx everything will be fine xx

Cheers Leanne. The logical part is telling me they're double checking but the other part is just worrying it's more than it seems. Scan is at 12 tomorrow, OH can't get the day off so mum's coming with me, just hoping it's all a nothingness. Was hoping for an uneventful tri 3 after tri 1 & 2!! This will be my fifth scan now, which would be great if it wasn't so bloody worrying each time! Xx

I'm sure it will be ok, will be thinking of you tomorrow xx

Aww gilly try not to worry I'm sure there just being over cautious and think at least you will get to see your baby again :-) big hugs Hun xxxx

Hi ladies,
Danielle I hope you are feeling ok hun and im sure leanne is rite and its just the doc being cautious.

Iv got the midwife tomorrow for a routine check up. My bambino hasn't moved much since before aqua natal last night! Im hoping they are just chilled out.

Hubby is currently upstairs ripping down the old dry wall in the babies room in prep for the plasterer! X

Danielle, hopefully everything is ok and they are just sending you to be sure xx

Pip has been a little quiet yesterday and today, hopefully its just because I've been busy and not noticing as much. If it carries on I'll call the midwife when I'm back at home tomorrow.

So had my first physio appointment today and have been given crutches to help me .I am suffering from what I believe if sciatica and pgp butvthebohysio said even though it was probably that, she couldn't give a proper diagnosis because she couldn't pulled around and test all my bits due to the pregnacy... Is this normal I though lots I women had this diagnosis when pregnant!!

We very rarely get officially diagnosed as they can't tell for certain but go by the general symptoms unless very severe I think. I had SDP last time but it seems to be holding off a little longer this time which I'm glad as it ruined my sleep before :)

I never get woken up by pain I just get severe pain down my buttock when turning and twisting ( sciatica) and pain down below And at the front when I put pressure on left leg (pgp). X
