Had some amazing news tonight, some close friends have been approved for adoption, looks like they have already been matched up and will be hearing more this week! So glad they now know 100% they are going to be parents to not just 1 but 2 little ones!!!!!!

This made me very emotional putting B to bed tonight, with her perfect cuddles and the little noises she makes and sloppy kisses I really felt so lucky to have her cuddled up on my lap with baby no2 cuddled inside my tummy! X

Assume that mine isn't at the front then as she found HB super quick and didn't mention it?

I asked at my sexing scan and was extremely surprised to hear that it was on the front. We've never had a problem finding the HB and I've been feeling movement for well over a month.

You can check your notes...it should have somewhere in there "Placenta posterior". Mine did even though it was not mentioned at all by midwife or sonographer. If it's not anterior (and going to be in the way/small risk of covering 'the exit'(!) then they tend not to mention as it's not of medical importance.

Really enjoyed catching up on the last few pages of news ladies Laughing at the cravings - I was asked that by my OH's friends the other night (one of the few things that inexperienced males link to pregnancy!) and I haven't had any distinct ones but I am off sweet sugary foods and more towards salty starchy things. Myth that this is a boy??!! ...2 weeks 3 days til I find out but I may have to put money on it!!!! (I simply love little girl dresses and would love a wee girl to take to dancing/skating/crafts/etc so it's gonna either be a tomboy or a boy!)

We have bought a buggy!!! We got an amazing bargain on ebay for brand new one from a distributor. It's the Jane Trider. We have a 9 month old working cocker spaniel and she is adorable but mad as a hatter - so it was a must that we had something less pretty and more able to handle walking with the pup!

I'm pretty much the same douglas but I love bacon and gammon. I've found I can't even eat much with this pregnancy I can't even finish a happy meal!! Xx

Me either! I really struggle to finish a whole meal and it's frustrating especially when you're out somewhere! I'm having such bland dinners.

I know we just went for so dinner as it's hubbys birthday and I just couldn't eat it looked like I hadn't touched it! It's awful even a kids meal is too big for me and my 3 yr old eats more than me at the mo haha. Yes hun consultant said I'll be in for at least 24 hours but more than likely till Friday xx

Afternoon all
I'm with you on the food! iv taken to eating children's portions and even then I don't finish them.

Iv had a lot of pain in my tummy today so I rung the midwife and iv handed in a urine sample. X

Ooh poor you's - I got a little worried as the last two mornings my bladder has been very sore on waking...but I am thinking I am being a bit hypochondriac and it must just be v full after a whole night! Get better soon.

Regarding the food...can we please all have a swapsie?! I have a huge appetite I never had the sickness/losing weight thing in first trimester (I know, def not something to complain about - Im not!) and I seemed to get a huge appetite two weeks ago. feel like such a piggie and I need to nag the OH to get LOTS of healthy snacks to keep me going between meals. I practically bit his head off at half 1 when he suggested I might not want to eat as we are going out for soup at half4/5ish. I was flabbergasted "but I havent eaten in an hour...and thats 3 hours away" GASP SHOCK!

Right I am going to sound thick but regarding the water infection situation-Im not sure any more of the location of my body parts! Bladder, is it now lower or higher? im getting my aches low down.

Karen I have always been like that when pregnant and I'm not one to stop and think of my waistline I always think oh well I'll loose it when they are born (and I do) so why not. I don't go mad tho and go up 8 dress sizes but I do indulge my appetite...... Shame this time baby doesn't wanna play ball lol x

I think it's on the right somewhere I've seen it on my scan and I Think it moves with you uterus as when I was pregnant with Reece he would kick it and sometimes I'd dribble so tmi I know haha xx

Im now just beginning to wonder if the pain im feeling is constipation and or a bladder infection!
Roll on next Thursday for my scan so I can relax!
