I stopped taking pregnacare as it made my sickness worse also my doctor advised me top stop taking it due to constipation lol as it can make you worse so I don't plan on starting again xx

I've taken the pregnacare + omega 3 all the way through. Luckily as my sickness was mainly in the afternoons/evenings, taking the vits hasn't made me any worse.


Having an emotional day today, don't know why!! Xxx

Got my first tastes of heartburn today too! Had one small bite of my son's frankfurter hotdog today and hoping that's what's causing it and this is not long term.
If I have to endure this on top of exhaustion, headache, nausea and not able to eat.. I'm going to seriously cry.
Good news is I felt a bump from baby last night!

15 weeks yesterday. Have been feeling a bit of something when my bladders full, like little shocks but that was the first substantial movement! It's funny cause I felt my son kick at exactly 16 weeks and my mw said I might feel this one a week earlier. She was right! Lol
Exciting!

Indeed it is hun. I have my other scan tomorrow then app with my consultant to talk through the amniocentesis..... Hopefully I will get it done asap it's horrible not being able to buy things for the baby yet..... I do and don't want to know but I couldn't bare the heartbreak of watching my new baby live for a few hours so it's definitely worth finding out just terrifying too xx

Oh leanne hearing wot u are going through makes my sickness and heartburn sound so petty. How long will you have to wait for the results?

Aww Lynne don't b silly hun. We will find out within 3 days if baby will be healthy or if it has a syndrome that is compatible with life e.g downs or non compatible other more rare syndromes take upto 2 weeks xx

I found out at my 12w scan then 3 days later it was confirmed by the women's hospital that I would need a diagnostic test I could of had a cvt but it's a higher miscarriage rate so I've had to wait until I was 16w to have the amniocentesis bit the common syndromes will be detected within 3 days xx
