Wipes or no wipes?

Wouldn't that work if I leave the wipes on the heater? or place them there before use actually? A wipe probably takes second to warm a little before use?
We don have a bathroom upstairs so it will be a right mess and inconvenience to have to use cotton wool and water.

i used the huggies pure wipes cos the are really like cotton wool n water, i have sensitive skin so if its ok on me i usually think its ok for baby. ive used asda own brand ones on me so im using those next

yeah we changed over to wipes once the tar like poo was finished, i had bought loads of pack of all diff brands and i find Johnson's the softest , t i think the huggies seem a bit rough or something but i do still use them when she's just wet cos im not gonna trow them out iv got a drawer full of huggies pampers tescos boots lol
