How many people used wipes/cotton wool on new baby?

I used cotton wool at home and wipes when out for the first few weeks, then just wipes. I always use fragance free/sensitive ones and we've never had a problem.

I only used cotton wool and water on Isaac until he was 9months old, but would use wipes if out and about
