Weight before and after pregnancy

Hi ladies! Don't forget what an absolutely amazing thing we have managed to do. We hatched a Lil bubs AND we have to look after them. What an amazing feat! Since lo was 4 weeks old I did yoga and I nearly have a six pack thanks to a super teacher! She has given me a pelvic floor again and not a floppy hammock!

Im 6ft..
Weighed 12st/12st 2lbs pre preg..
Just before i gave birth 10days overdue i got to 16st 3!!!
Two weeks PP i was down to 14st and now with my LO approaching 1 on the 11th July im still 13st.. Did get to 12st 8 before christmas but gained a few lbs back and i cant seem to get this last stone of me!

Being tall is an advantage as even at 13st my bmi is 24/25 so im not overally concerned about the scales its the toning that i NEED to do!
But me and exercise.. No such thing! Lol x

We're both very similar, i started at the same and ended up about the same and i'm 6 ft LOL, im 9 weeks in and the weights not really shifting at the minute - so frustrating!

I finally got around a nice weight and figure before getting pregnant size 8 ish and before 6 then during pregnancy i've stayed around size 10 and just got a nice little belly in the last weeks I really popped and the heat wave from last year wasn't doing me any favours what so ever. Then after birth I was down to 63kgs quite quick being in a size 12-14 stayed like that for ages.. Hips and ribs take time to shrink back down and only a year pp I got off my lazy bum and did some exercise, I figured with my diet (I don't eat that much, I don't like a lot of snacks so i suppose that's helping me not having to diet) 15 mins or so of doing a circuit squat challenge and a 5 mins ab work out made me lose a stone and made me feel fitter and better in my own skin as it works tightening on the belly. However with a section it's best to discuss exercises with a physician and make sure it's healing right first before putting too much pressure on yourself in regards to exercise.

Now am juggling in between size 10-12 around 60 kgs. Stopping breast feeding didn't help it first helps you lose some weight and if you stop it comes back with a vengeance! Well for me it did..

It took me a year to lose all my baby weight 20kg but my tummy amd love handles never went back to what they were. I never use to hold weight there. Im now 14 weeks pregnant and already gained 5kg.

I think I had it fairly easy and didn't put much weight on at all, it was all baby. At my six week check I weighed 7lb less than at my booking appointment at five weeks pregnant. I was back in my jeans the week after giving birth

I wish LOL, my weight isn't shifting LOL even ryvita's and rice cakes aren't doing the job LOL

I had a c-sec six weeks ago and I now hate my flabby stretch marked tummy! I don't think I put on much weight when preg (refused to weigh myself) but now I have a double chin and my thighs are def bigger (never been the skinniest anyway). I have my six week check tomorrow and am hoping to get the all clear to do buggy buddies :) I've also cut out junk from my diet and am going for walks every day. We can do this :) x
