Ttc shit boat - long term ttcers

Thanks sugarpop x

Thanks Andrea, its slowly sinking in....kind of, still doesn't seem completely real though after all this time. Keep looking at my tests, esp the digi seeing it in words is totally surreal.

CD23 here and not ovd yet. Annoyed as I was starting to get a lovely line on the opk then just as it went nearly positive it has gone. I'm pretty sure I've not missed it as I had this last cycle, lines getting there then vanishing then trying again two weeks later. Please please please ov sooner than CD69 this time :(

Oh I hope you ov soon snowbee :( are you going to be given anything to help your cycles shorten? Xxx

I can try clomid in July. Trying AC this cycle but I've heard it can take a while to take effect. Already tried soy last year and that didn't work for me, well it worked the first cycle but not the three after that.

Have you tried Agnus Castus? It shortened my cycles. I had to stop taking it because it shortened them from 29 to 26 days which I didn't want!! I took it to balance my hormones in case it was the reason I wasn't conceiving.

Hi Blueflower, I'm trying agnus castus this cycle. How long did it take before you saw results with it? Did you take it up until ov and then stop or carry on all the way through the cycle?

Only 1 or 2 cycles. It might be longer if you have very long cycles though. I stopped taking it at ovulation, can't remember why but I was advised to!

Thanks :) Hope it works for me. Been having erratic cycles since mc last June, before then they weren't too bad, usually 29-32 days with the odd cycle missed, would like to get back to that really.

Hi Ladies,

Hope you are all okay, i can offically say I dont like this tri1 business its too scary :( I did my other digi this morning expecting a 3+ by now and it was still 2-3! damn things! Did have a panic moment I must admit but seems like tons of women have problems with these tests. So hard trying to stay positive and serene.

Look forward to the next evacuee of the boat!!
x

Tri 1 is so scary stacesl big hugs. I am sure all will be fine though :D I've seen loads of people having problems with digis too so I wouldn't worry too much about ti! How are you feeling? :)

Hope to be in tri 1 with you soon!! xxxx

Thanks millie :) I'm okay thanks, sore boobs and soooo tired as I wake every night for a wee and then usually wake again which is annoying. I get the odd wave of nausea but its not that bad, I like it when I get it haha.

I do hope so, where are you in your cycle??

Oh bless you, I know what you mean about the nausea, quite reassuring isn't it? Hope you manage to sleep okay soon!
I'm 6dpo today :) xx

Thanks millie, weekend coming up so will have a lie in at least, yea!

Hope this is your month :) x

I got a very very nearly positive opk yesterday and the day before woo. Hoping it will be positive today but I've noticed the last two cycles my ewcm and opks aren't lining up. Last cycle I had a big blob of ewcm nearly two weeks before a pos opk then this cycle I had a bit of ewcm a few days ago but nothing this week. Anything I can do to get my ewcm to sync up with ov as I'm a bit worried this means no chance of pg as something isn't quite right?

Are you keeping hydrated? Sometimes if I'm not drinking enough water I don't get ewcm at ov time. Also I seem to get ewcm sometimes in the tww xxx

I generally get a day or two of ewcm around cd8 or 9 and then it goes again until my actual ov time around cd15/16, I always signal it as the start of my fertile week as my oestrogen ramps up or summat. Defo drink more, grapefruit juice also helps as does guaifenesin cough medicine xx

Just popping in to see how all the boatees are doing. Staces, huge congrats on your bfp, so pleased for you, I hated tri 1 too and found it so scary that I ended up avoiding it, I made a pregnancy journal and just posted in there and in others journals too, along with popping in here to see how everyone is doing.
Snowbee, I hope you get your pos opk soon. I see in your signature that you have PCOS, have you tried myo-inositol (think that's the spelling) and l-arginine? When I was researching things to help with IVF, egg quality and fertility in general I came across lots of info on these supplements and how they help PCOS.
Good luck to everyone waiting to test too.
I am not back on the boat yet as I haven't really decided what I want to do since the last miscarriage and its all so raw still but I wanted to pop in here and see how everyone is doing xx

Thanks ladies will try drinking more although I do drink a lot of water already I've noticed I tend to drink it in a block rather than throughout the day so will try that and the grapefruit juice.

lisey you are welcome to join us whenever you are ready. I'm already taking d-chiro inositol, which is the step up from myo but I will look into l-arginine as not heard of that one thanks :)

Thanks snowbee and you're welcome, I hope its something that could help xx
