**The All New 'No Sleep Club' thread**

Out of interest ..you all co-sleep??

We used to until Danica was 4 months old. Then she started moving around like mad and couldn't settle at all with us around. She is still in our room though: in the cot right next to my side of the bed, with the side of the cot pulled down. So, although literally speaking we are not co-sleeping any more, we sort of are...

No, she is in her cot in her own room. WHen the cot is in our room it doesn't make any difference except that I am more nervous about her waking up, so she is out! :)

Sharing our bed with her is impossible unless she is teething badly.

4.30 this morning Angel decided it was get up time! She'd already had 2 feeds in the night too!!!
She just laid there smiling at me. I was frustrated but when she smiles it makes it worse, coz i wanna be mad but i can't! Lol

I thought we havd cracked it but no :shakehead:

Was managing to get her to feed during the day last week and Friday and Saturday night she fed at 8pm, 12, 3 and 6am then up then for the day. HUGE improvement after 7weeks of feeding hourly.

Yesterday we were back to square 1 and she would not feed for love nor money during the day til 7pm last night. She went to bed at 8.30 and slept til 12 then fed hourly til 7am :wall: she is worse now than when she was newborn

The only way she will feed during the day is right after a nap which I am trying to force her to take. I am becoming OBSSESSED with this and now can't go anywhere like we used to as it all clashes with her nap times so I am stuck in the house lots rather than going to play groups and it is really getting to me. I feel this is never going to end

Hope everyone had better nights.

I thought I'd cracked it too but no.... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Lil miss went down at 8 last night, cried on and off till 9...fell asleep woke at 2 and was up until 5am where she went back down till 8...where she was rudely awoken by big sis... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: bless her shes so tired... :(

Yeah, we had fun last night too. Went down at 7.30 after screaming the place down for 30 minutes. Woke up screaming at 8.30, fell asleep after 15 minutes; woke up at 1am and screamed like mad until 3.30am?! :wall: :wall: :wall: And after all of that, she woke up at 6am?!?!?!

Lisa, I know what you mean about things being easier whey they were younger. I feel the same. When Danica was a newborn, she ate every three hours but had not problems settling after that and I had much more sleep than now....

I was up about a million times too. She went to bed fine but after half an hour I heard her crying, went in and she was stood up in her cot. Put her back down and she went to sleep. Great. Except that she did it every five minutes until midnight then had a break for a while and then started again until 4am. Don't know why she was so restless. Can see two little teeth on their way at the top but seriously.....why are they taking SO SO long to come through??? :wall:

Bad nights all round!

Maisie fed at 8am when she woke up and hasn't since. She wouldn't nap either in her cot so I have just been a 5 mile walk so she could sleep in the buggy- at least it is dry

Up at 5.50am this morning. And she thinks she's funny. Plus since going to bed at 10.30 i had to get up 3 times for feeds! Feel like a right zombie!

3 times in 7 hours???

I fed Caitlyn @ 9.30, went to bed at 11, was up feeding her 2.30-4am  then she just woke me up again @ 6.30 :wall:

Dan was fed at 11 last night, again around 3ish and again just now. I feel quite awake now, but come this afternoon it'll catch up with me and I'll return to zombie mode

It's all so worth it though

im goun back to bed after this feed, i have nothin on and im soooo tired

Every 45 minutes since 11pm til 7am :wall:

On the plus side, I no longer feel tired because I can't remember any other feeling :rotfl:

I gave up and got up at 6.30. Laid her on the floor while i laid on the settee. Then at 7.30 she wanted feeding again and she fell asleep! But i fed her at 1am, 4 then 5. She got up at 5.50!
Yet the night before she got up at 4, then 7.30!

hahah does get like that Ive become so disconnected my whole body is numb ...lost count how many times again last night ...I dont even know what a good/bad night is anymore ..if she woke say 10 times that would be a dream come true. *sigh*...just remember it wont go on forever mabey till they are 5?

Only til they are 5? Thats not too bad then, I was worrying it might be 15 :rotfl:

Hey girls, I've contacted the sleep clinic and they'll phone for a chat later today. I'll let you know how things go and if they tell me anything useful.

Btw, I had a four hour strech of sleep last night - WOW! But I feel like crap now - never satisfied, are we?! :D

Hope they are useful- good luck!

I think when you get more sleep your body remembers what it is missing

I only had to get up every hour last night- so much more do-able than every 45 mins 8)

Can't write in sentences anymore - too tired! Last night...

10pm, 1am, 3am, 4am, 5am, up ready to go at 7am

Good thing is that she isn't trying to stay awake or play, she is just being disturbed so goes down again reasonably quickly (after saying that I did end up sticking her in her pram from 3-5am because I can strap her down :D
Woke up either because she had rolled and banged herself or got stuck, or was chewing her blanket like crazy.

How were your nights everyone?

I am so shocked!

Lola slept from 11pm to 6am this morning and i've felt so good today because of it!
She fell asleep tonight at about 10pm so we'll have to wait and see how it goes tonight

Hope Lola was a good girl again last night

We properly co-slept last night so she had boob access all night and all 3 of us and the cat had a really great nights sleep

and there was plenty room as she slept on her side right next to me

yaaaaaaaay :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:
