I was like that till about 2 weeks after i had Tegan! its really embarrassing but 5 days after having her i got up went to the Loo and ended up wetting myself!! she's 9 weeks old now and im all back to normall xx

i still struggle, so i dont do them as its too much effort! stupid i know..

If it's any consolation, I was never able to stop midstream even before I was pregnant! :)

It gets better I promise , just keep trying , I kept nearly peing myself at first , but honestly keep trying

My pelvic floor muscles have gone too. To make matters worse, I have a cold so every time I sneeze, it ain't just my nose that needs wiping!

with the stitches, I don't wanna do the exercises just yet either.

I am in the same situation, LO is 7 weeks tomorrow and I have no control what so ever. Cant stop mid flow, dont get the urge to pee and all of a sudden have an "accident" :( Spoke to doc at 6 week check on Tuesday and I am being referred to a specialist of some kind. Hope it improves soon

Still pretty much the same for me and I also have the constant urge to wee and worry about having an accident when I'm out and about. I've got my 6 week check next week so will see what happens there. Hope the specialist can help!

I'm the same spc. i had an episiotomy as well as a third degree tear and one and a half hours of surgery so I'm not surprised seculw.just hope things get better soon. let me no wat they say at your check up x

Glad to hear i am not alone, I don't mean to wish this on anyone, but sounds like it is the norm and just got to give my body time and keep up the exercises.
