Happy new year everyone! Well i put the ivf on hold until after Christmas and now I have 6 weeks until we get the ball rolling. My OH and I have packed in the drink and are cutting down to no more than 2 teas a day. I've researched some vitamins and I'm starting back at the gym today. The part I think I am going to struggle with most is the stress side of it all and the healthy meal plans.
Just wondering if any of you lovely ladies have any good meal ideas or tips on not letting the stress get to u too much?
I know there is an ivf thread but I didn't want to intrude as the ladies on there are already going through ivf process and I'm not quite there yet. I will be joining you all in 3-4 months time I would imagine! (Although I'm sure u will have ur bfps by the.
) so if there is anyone at my stage who needs a buddy, I'd love to have someone to go through it with.
