Good luck for your scans today ladies! Exciting times!

I've been a bit AWOL this weekend, no time to log on the iPad and my phone battery keep a draining too quickly...but:

Yes kanga a night without the little one is a rare occurrence, and it was very very pleasant! We even had a little rude time, but then I was realllllly aching down there for 2 days after. I don't remember that with dd does anyone else get that after sx? I've totally gone off it at the moment so it's not a regular thing...poor hubby!

Sarah glad you had a good night out, defo nothing wrong with it! I've got 2 hens coming up in June, and looking forward to them! Will miss the vino though.

Vee where are you based? My friend is really into tattoo artists and has been recommending some to hubby (he's wanted a half sleeve for ages).

Good to hear you had a nice time without dd, we have had just one night away without Harry and it was lovely but very strange. My poor hubby is lacking in the dtd department as well, think it's been twice since NYD lol I wasn't achey down there after our last go, but I did find my belly really uncomfortable during the whole experience, definitely not in any rush to dtd again any time soon. Our poor hubby's lol xx
 
Just been on the front page looking at scans, kcjc has a scan today too :) then jt00010 and he@ther are tomorrow and then me on Thursday :) a busy week! xx
 
Finished my scan, everything looks normal!! Yay.
They confirmed I am having a little boy too :)
Last scan I had at the hospital (nuchal) he made us wait 5 hours to get the measurements as he wouldn't get into position. Today we had to go off for a walk again to come back and get the heart measurements. He is so naughty and he isn't even here yet. However he looks like a real baby, it's so weird :)
 
Great news Soph! Ours was the same - had to go for a quick walk a wee so they could check the heart up close. At least yours was behaving on the gender front though unlike our little monkey - lets hope they're getting all their naughtiness out now and will be little angels for us when they arrive!! :lol:
 
It's a girl!
I have to go back in 2 weeks for another scan as they want a better view of the stomach but apart from that everything's great!
So so happy! Our house is going to be over ran with girls! Xx
 
crackers, i'm off dtd as well, been the same both pregnancies, it just feels.. different. i think cos i feel yucky with my body as well i don't get er excited.

glad he's still a boy soph lol! cheeky baby, glad all is well though.

yay emma i guessed right!! glad everything went well, hope alls okay with stomach - you'll get to see her again yay :D xxxxx
 
Congrats on all your scans girls, time is flying by now doesnt seem all that far away at all.
 
Thanks everyone! I'm so excited! I think my hubby and my little boy are going to feel totally outnumbered now with 4 women in the house. So so happy! Xx
 
Wonderful news on the scan ladies!! Soooo exciting!!

I have FINALLY got a date for my 20 week scan - after no end of chasing… apparently they are really short and trying to set up more appointments - the earliest they could currenlty offer me was 21+1 (19th May), don't mind too much as had gender scan at 17 weeks though would feel like a life time if I hadn't - yet for date though!!
