Hello all, sorry I haven't been around much, so busy with work and planning for a good friends wedding on Saturday, finding a maternity dress has been a nightmare! I live in a small town where the maternity collections are not exactly extensive so have had to buy 4 online to try on then return the 3 I didn't choose lol. Also bought a gorgeous dress for dd as well
Bump is growing! I would upload a pic onto here but don't know how? Please could someone tell me?
Otherwise things are going well, just starting to struggle with work but I'm still working the 13 hour shifts (3 a week, I'm a Staff Nurse on a busy medical ward soo tiring!) BUT my shifts change after next week onto 4x 8 hour shifts a week so will be much better. I cannot wait! Roll on 21st July when I leave!

Been AWOL again for a bit....feeling wiped out right now and the SPD is getting slowly worse....roll on September!

Great news on everyone's scans! So Exciting!
Our scan tomorrow....absolutely itching to find out if we're pink or blue! But as long as Pedro is happy and healthy that's all that matters.....I really do think it's a girl though...time will tell

My sister-in-law announced on Friday that she's pregnant too....so lots of babys in our family lately xx

What's everyone doing this bank holiday? Hope you all have fun whatever you get up to xx

Good luck for scan tomorrow mrs Httc ! It's so exciting finding out. Sorry to hear your spd is playing up I had it last pregnancy but so far avoiding it.
So I got a surprise visit from my OH back from his pre training patrol. Was great to see him and he also got to feel bubba kicking. Will see him again in middle of May then that will be him for 3 months with no contact. Totally dreading it and panicking that I go early and he misses the birth.
So today I'm off work and going for lunch with my dad, brother and his GF and my 2 boys. First bank holiday I've had off on ages
Hope everyone is well and baby's are behaving ! X

Morning all. The wedding was amazing thank you, a lovely day spent with family and friends! Stayed til the bitter end as didn't want to drag hubby away early and also did a bit of taxying for various people as I was one of the few sober people there! Even hit the dance floor a bit so definitely agree with Soph that you can still go out and enjoy yourself while pregnant! Very very tired yesterday but worth it! Think me and the dog are having a lazy day today as OH is at work.

Hey ladies

Httc my scan is tomorrow too! However I had an early gender scan and got told boy too! However I had a dream that at my scan they say I am in fact having a girl! Aghhh how funny would that be?! Anyway it's because my cousin told me that at her 20 week scan she got told she was having a boy and when she have birth it was a girl. Turns out she had her hands down by her crotch area during the scan and the hospital got it wrong!

Asides from that, I am having a spring clean today. Firstly though I am eating yesterday's birthday cake for breakfast! Yum

Wow, soph!Thats crazy, they always say you cant get it wrong with a boy! I bet she'd bought all boy stuff too! That story for me has made me thankful I dont know the sex, I'd just be worrying they'd got it wrong lol.
I spose quite a few of you have been told at several scans it deffo is a boy/girl though!

Hello ladies, just catching up! Had a weekend of seeming very busy though not sure what I have actually done!!

Yet for more scans tomorrow - so exciting!!

I cannot wait for 20 week scan to have gender confirmed, scan at 17 weeks was very convincingly a girl though you do worry hearing all the stories where they were wrong!!

I feel huge this weekend! Cannot believe I am only half way find it hard to believe I can get much bigger!!

Good luck with it Loch, I desperately want to move! Think my nesting instinct has made me realise no amount of nesting will make my current house baby friendly, its just so old dusty and cold! Cant find anything in my price range right now, so might be doing a move with a newborn haha! xx

i did the same loch, moved twice whilst pregnant. renting sucks sometimes! good luck with the move

i want to nest but i also want something to do whilst on maternity leave - we've done the nursery already, just to wash and sort all clothes and unpack boxes of baby things from ella .. i did everything by about 30 weeks last time so j just rewashed and retidied whilst i was on mat leave - v boring! this time i know when babys coming so i know i've got until then to do it all.. as much as i want everything done and sorted now haha xxx
