It is wet and miserable here as well this morning

Nothing planned to day really, plumbers here all day flushing out the system, got a driving lesson at dinner time and then Jamie's parent's evening at tea time.

Just feel like curling up in a ball on the sofa and watching telly because of the not very nice weather.

It's cold, wet and miserable here too.

I'm bored today keep pottering around the house doing odds and ends. I have just tidied up my messy OH's wardrobe(don't think he understands the use of coat hangers) but as I found out at the weekend if I do too much my Sciatica plays up and I end up having to sit down.

Picking eldest from school later and stepson from his mums. Then i'm going to make Sausage and mash for tea.

Im at home today burning toast - Im on my 5th bit had to dip them in cold water as they were smoking so much. I stayed home again, this is week 3 of being off from work Im feeling crap, bad headache and depressed. Im not sure why but hopefully if I get to have a nice piece of toast that isnt on fire I'l feel alot better

Evening ladies my day has gone from bad to worse! The boiler packed in yesterday so im on day 2 of no hot water or heating!!!! and its cold. Then to put the icing on the cake the washing machine has broke too. I have no idea how long it takes to get a new boiler but i cant live in the cold with my electric heater for too long.

Anyway bubs has had a few movements but nothing to obvious so im hoping has time goes on it will become more frequent.

morning all

i sympathise with your bloom last 3 years running our boiler packed in ( well 2/3 years ago boiler then last year the water pipe in the road leaked into gas pipe , i had water coming out of my gas meter ) so now how freezing it is !


im soooo tired today , had a bit of a bad night

Hope you feel better Gem as the day goes on. Thanks for your concerns ladies about my lack of heating i have the gas/plumber man coming tonight to see if if its fixable but im more concerned about where im going for a shower tonight .

Aww Bloom I can sympathise with you, we have only just got our boiler back working again after having 5 weeks with no heating or hot water

We had to keep going backwards and forwards to my parent's house for showers and to bath Jamie (they live the other end of town).

The plumber came out and fixed it completely yesterday and we now have lots of hot water and the heating is working better than it ever has, but it did cost a lot of money.

Hope you get the boiler sorted soon Bloom, ours broke down a couple of winters ago and although it was only 3 days it was hell having no heating or hot water. Luckily we were renting at the time so it didn't cost us anything.

OH did take me food shopping in the end on saturday, I made him feel so bad about it he gave in and didn't even moan for once when I filled the trolley with goodies

Been to work today with a banging headache, had a couple paracetamol but it's still there in the background

Ive had a crap day. had a head ache all day. went to work this morning and hit a deer on the country tracks, so did my first bit of work then come home again and sulked all day

and ive been given my GTT appointment in 2 weeks time

It was a complete pain in the bottom

We had to wait that long because the plumber really messed us about. It was horrible having to boil the kettle or pans of water just to get washed. It wouldn't have been as bad if it had just been me and hubby but it was awful having to trail Jamie out on a night for a bath before bed.

Hope it gets sorted for you soon

I've been very good today and have spent all day cleaning. My hip is killing me now though after hoovering and sweeping and washing the kitchen floor. I had to hobble to the school to collect James, my pelvis feels all wonky

Got another day of cleaning planned for tomorrow too, can think of better things to do on my day off but it badly needs doing

I've been really busy doing my pendants at baby groups this week... lucky Brody gets to come with me for 3 days so he's knackered
I'm still doing extra hours at work and so had a big housework day today.

Just over a week left till me scan!

yay for you urchin you sound so busy
well today i am going to paint my kitchen wall as its freeking minging since we moved in its been fod stained and god knows what else, well no amount of bleach is getting it off so im painting it today
also need to gloss all the doors and skirting boards in the hallway ready for a new carpet after xmas
oh and doing a curry for dinner tomorrow so have to prepere it today

I started my xmas shopping today, finally!!! Oh and got told again that I was 100% having at least twins or maybe triplets and obviously my scan has lied to me

What has everyone else got planned for the wknd?
