Oh thanks Hun that's really helpful actually, that's a bit sneeky the website lead me to think (as the picture) kinda shows the baby laying flat. So what is the atom platinum? I was in m&p yesterday I'm sure it was the platinum I was looking at and the lady said it laid flat? I'm so confused haha xx
I think the Platinum is just the difference in style? Maybe a newer version? I'm not sure. Website details for both say:

Travel system with CYBEX and other brand pushchairs
Cloud Q:

Removable newborn inlay for premature and very small babies
11-position height-adjustable headrest with integrated harness guides
Telescopic Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P. System)
Integrated XXL foldaway sun canopy

Complies with the new ECE R-44/04 Supplement 7
There is a clear function on the cloud at the back of the seat that physically slides the whole seat section out so you can see its flat. If they can't show you that in the shop it doesn't have it!!
I also know the new Kiddy car seat has a similar lie flat function too, depending on how much you can/are prepared to spend on a car seat, as I think they work out a bit cheaper. They are also German made I believe (don't quote me on that though!), so come with really good safety ratings too.
