No, no AF at the moment and I had a very strong nausea this morning. I really don't know, but the temperature isdropped so I don't have much hope. I am at work and I could do with a cry....but I need to accept things as they are xx

Did you ever get round to making them smoothies? i still haven't been food shopping, will probably go tonight so will get all my ingredients x

I did another uti dip (we shouldn't have nicked them from work!) and it doesn't look like it did this morning so maybe the cup wasn't clear. Dunno. Drinking ginger tea and lemon in hot water to flush any uti out

I’ve never put my legs up on wall, maybe I should give it a shot tonight and make OH wet himself laughing! X

Believe it or not Em, my oh actually told me last cycle to put my legs up the wall after we he fell asleep and I was left laying there upside down. I Stayed there for 10 mins and then went to the loo. Not as much came out either so I reckon it does send more up there.
