Spain sounds amazing!

Feeling really rough today - exhausted and really sick - so I've taken the day off work! Now trying to persuade the toddler to nap so I can join her! X

I'v just thrown up again for the second time on chip shop chips which is what I threw up last time! I don't think the baby agrees with the chips lol

Had my booking appointment today and because of my history my scan has been brought forward by 2 weeks, it is now on Thursday! I'm excited and really nervous. Xxx

Does anyone else get hot/sweat more. I had a shower this morning and put deodorant on. Been walking round shops today and now i feel really sweaty and a bit smelly (embarrassing) xx

Yeah you dont sweat the same in pregnancy so your temp rises quicker, plus your body trying to keep up blood flow etc.

I usually find I go out all zipped up and walk back from the shops jacket open, flushed face.

I use nivea the purple roll on and the spray and havent smelled myself yet. I use the roll on fter my shower then Ill spray before dressing and then again at noon as Im at work which isnt very nice air.

When will the sickness stop 11w today, threw up a lot last night after brushing my teeth and agin this morning and again whilst on the way to work. I'm finding it quite tough now xx

Unfortunately mine didnt stop previously and it was like that morning noon and night had to get off trains nd busses to go heave.

It got worse the later on in terms of, overheating sweating, trying to be sick with a big bump.

I used to take my top off and hold in the gag otherwise id just feel horrid. Then towards the end you need to pee before sickness or you pee yourself when the pelvics go to fuck. Its not glam.

It usually settles tri 2, but not for everyone.

I only stripped in the bathroom, should perhaps point that out

What about wrist bands etc? If it gets too much Id advise a GP visit.

I was threatened with IV fluids a few times actually so, make sure your atleast keeping hydrated.

GP may be able to prescribe something if its taking alot out if you everyday.

Lexi(August mums) had a terrible time with sickness she was put on something. Im sure if you visit her journal or give her a message shed tell you.

Assuming that youv tried bands, anti travel sickness tabs etc as no doubt the GP would advise all that first.

I've not even had my booking in appointment, still waiting for that. Don't know if you saw in another thread I posted, last week I had a heavy bleed and went to A&E at 1am. I had a scan the next day and everything was fine, I'm just happy knowing baby is ok xx

My name is Brooke, and I'm due October 15th (I think!) I have my early dating scan on the 1st April. However...I'm showing already!!! My Mum thinks I look 4 months gone! But have had periods n stuff up until January so am pretty sure I'm 10.5 weeks now.

I am so extremely excited!!! This baby is so desperately loved and wanted preconception and I'm just so happy to speak to some like minded ladies

Morning all and welcome Charmaine and Brooke! I'm nine weeks today and starting to dare to believe that all might be ok! I'm having a private scan next week and really hoping that'll put my mind at rest!

Feeling shattered today as I was already exhausted and then my beloved daughter, who is normally a fab sleeper, was up three times last night!! Luckily it's my day off today so we can have a relatively easy one! X

Hi Ladies. I am 11 weeks 1 day today and i have my 1st scan on 3rd April. I am excited and nervous i will be just under 13 weeks at that time and my due date is 12th oct

I'm 12 weeks today and I can't believe there's a baby the size of a plum in there!! Yesterday my colleague said I was showing, obviously wore the wrong top and ate too much!

Ive taken today off as leave and looking forward to a fun day out with my mum. What's everyone else up to?

I was backshift at the bakery last night and backshift again tonight. Then I'm off Thursday and in for 6 days after that, it's hard work in there! So I'm taking today as my do nothing day! Got my scan on Monday to look forward to so it gives me something to keep going x

Finally hit the 12 week mark today!!! When do you think that we will start to feel movement? In the rare moments I am not feeling sick I could almost forget I am pregnant - can't wait for it to show now!!
