I didn't know blueberries helped, I have been eating them every day for weeks, I will continue on for the 2WW too, I have been eating loads of fruit lately, I didn't know pineapple causes uterine contractions though. Will avoid that, I am not eating the core as can't stand it and I am sure I read you have to eat a lot of it for it to have affect? I think there is a supplement that does the same thing called bromelain or something like that but I take too much as it is lol xx
