god i am so ticked off its unreal

had savage back ache and period pains and they were comin on stronger and stronger all through yesterday. had to use a hot water bottle at one stage cos was all gettin really sore - went for a really long walk and they were comin on every five minutes and i had to keep stopping to breathe through them.. got home and sat on my space hopper bouncing which helped with the pain and then all of a sudden it all stopped.. all of it! gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh nothing over night - not even the remotest niggle!!

yesterday i had two orgasms, ate as much fresh pineapple as i could manage, bounced, walked, spent all day quite active, did as much nipple rubbing as i could stand, even spent most of the day massaging accupressure points which really helped bring the pains on stronger

how can it all just stop like that pah! not impressed at least i got a really really good night's sleep though... today was the day i predicted cos i had a dream about today back in first trimester i spose all those tightenings must've been doing sommat yesterday but wish it would all get a move on now!!

awww fly... i dunno why they stopped... the say if false labour/really labour a bath will help..

run yourself a nice bath, and relax, it'll either help bring everything bk, or go away if it was false...

i got a feeling somethings going to happen for you today, but i still dont think you'll give birth today.. i'm thinkin more tomorrow afternoon/evening.. (but i'm just strange and prob wrong lol)

awww you're lovely I took meself off back to bed n slept some more lol got niggley acheyness again little man is really really quiet - i ave felt him move but nowhere near as much as he usually does so am taking that as a good sign i know all the aches n pains n starts n stops all add up to the end result which is gonna happen at some point so i hopes you is right me darlin i keep wondering how Ally and Noor are doing cos they are both overdue now i think for all the ladies further on than us x x x x x x

i cant imagine going over due yet, altho i do keep think max will be 3weeks till i meet LO...

hmm i heard your LO goes quiet as hes resting for labour also? could be a sign hun, my lo is quieter in mornings than used to be, but kinda makes up for it in day lol xxx

Hello ladies, hope our little ones plan their exit soon! I've reached my due date today which is so exciting but sadly no sign of little one making an appearance on time. Midwife Tuesday afternoon so will keep you posted

hey ladies....

i have had those intense period type cramping pains - was really unsure about it being the start of anything becaue the pain is in my lower back and kinda between my hips. thought if it was the start of anything it might be my tummy too??!!??

Got myself comfy - duvet on the sofa, nice smelling candles, trashy mags, hot choc etc....

All the things that a lady like during uncomfy pains!!!! Wonder if it is the start but I am actually scared if it is because it really hurts and it is going to get worse! Knew it was going to be painful but doesn't really become real until you're actually in pain!!

wel im just exactly the same so i dont expect to be coming before my due date, about to hit single figures and our hospitals policy is latest induction at T+12 so looks like 3weeks for me too
hope we get some excitement on here for u guys soon xx

Gerb fingers crossed u dont go over, i'm thinkin like you at the moment, thinkin max will be 3weeks, that way anythin earlier is a bonus lol..

Well I think it's been a false alarm for me this evening as i've had really bad BH contractions on & off from 5.30pm til 7.00pm. My heart seemed to be racing too.

3 in the space of 10 mins then started writing them down -

Then nothing since!! & feel totally normal again

No other symptoms but BH's deffo felt different to the usual BH's I feel

We'll see if they progress in the night.

I know i could work out from tickers.. but we should do lil update..

1. What date/day you due..
2. When your next m/w app is
3. what symtoms you had so far
4. Whats the earliest your hospital induce/longest they leave it 40+11days etc..

mine is...

Due Next Monday 3rd November..
Next m/w app is Wednesday 5th Nov..
Had abit of a show on 12th October, and bits of muscus on/off since, and period pains every now and then, nothing last week in all fairness lol..
Not sure about hosptial?

Next M/W appointment is this afternoon
No signs of labout, although feeling like an extremely sore and overweight 80 year old!
Hospital induce at 40+11 normally I think... will know more after this afternoon hopefully

Due Thursday accordin to me ticker, Friday accordin to NHS direct and Saturday according to me midwife so we is goin with the ticker

Next midwife appointment tomorrow - gonna ask for a sweep.

Had some engaging pains a week or so ago n then since last friday afternoon been having tightenings low down in my bump and back ache - stop start stop start - doin my bloody head in it is!!!

I can't be induced cos of previous c-section hence asking for a sweep tomorrow - if i get to 41 weeks they will try and rupture the membranes and if that dont work then it'll be a c-section so please keep ya fingers crossed for me ladies REALLY want a vaginal birth this time!!!

fly.. i hope your LO gets a wriggle on and you get the natural birth you want... why the diff due dates? thats mad... did it nnot used to be accurate on scans?
i always thought 4th, midwife thought 5th at first, then scan confirmed 3rd ~Nov xx

peanut.. hope your LO doesnt keep you waiting long.. i'm certain i'm going to go over due too.. do you feel more relaxed about his/her arrival now you've past the "date" as i'm approaching it, i'm more focusing on it'll be no more than 3weeks.. xx
