You look amazing!! I need to get toning, your pics make me feel I need to push myself. Have lost over 2 stone since having Sophie but I was smaller than this before and way more toned. I must do it!! You sound like you have put a lot of work into it and dedication, I need some motivation!!
So glad the boys are doing well, the nurturing sessions sound fab. We think Sophie has a milk protein allergy as comes out in a rash and is sick when has formula (have only tried a couple of times as I breastfeed) Is that what Carter has? Or is it lactose? My understanding is that they usually grow out of it? Xx
Hey hunni
Thank you! I have been trying, although this time been so much more relaxed now that I am at a size I am happy with. Could obv be doing with more tone but we are never happy. So we will see what we get at end of 10w. 2st is brilliant hun! For me the gym is my escape!
Yeah its a cows milk protein allergy he has - although he is growing out of it. I don't think he could tolerate like a glass or bottle of milk but hes had pizza for dinner, he has biscuits, butter, things containing dairy but not like macaroni cheese etc
Could be a milk allergy, or even an intolerance. Do you consume a lot of dairy? Babies can be sensitive or intolerant too. Does the rash happen immediately after eating and sickness or does it happen following having milk? Could be a lactose intolerance although lactose is a lot less common but you could try her with a lactose free formula or even the Coleif or Lactase drops for the milk? That may help.
We have used coconut milk from 6m so anything that youd use dairy for ie porridge, cereal and other cooking we used the coconut milk and eventually he will go on to that although not yet as the coconut milk has less calories and nutrients than the specialist Neocate milk hes on.
If you need any help with what milks give me a wee PM. If you are looking to mover her its perhaps worth a GP appointment before (take pics of her face/reactions) and perhaps suggest even trying Aptimil Pepti which is the first stage non dairy milk. It has a small amount of dairy hydrolyzed finely so that the body doesn't recognize the milk as an allergen. After that is Nutramigen which again is a hydrolyzed milk so just broken down so make it easier for re-introduction. Then you get your amino acid milks which is what we are on. But Id deffo try approach it even if its something you arent seriously looking into atm, as there are so many people fight for a diagnosis and help for it.
I genuinely used to think CMPA symptoms would never end, so glad its a dark distant memory now.
