My son is 7 months old and has just discovered he has a penis! Not bothered about him having a fiddle but any tips on how to stop him doing it during nappy changes (particularly dirty nappies!)? I have tried giving him a toy to hold, etc.

My eldest is 18 months and he still does it lol. He thinks it's really funmy ha. Sorry no advice xx

I put my sons t shirt up over his face and do peekaboo a few times then pull t up and leave it there and he grabs at it to pull it down which gives me enough time to give his willy a quick clean just incase he makes a grab for it (which he almost always does!) - he's 1) months and has been doing this a long time!

Yep still here at 25 months, although he knows it his tale now and wee wees come from it, doesn't stop his fiddling

Xx

Jackson only went through a wee phase of twiddling his wink, they usually grow out of it then grow back into it before/whilst potty training.

14 months here and hands are always down there. He gets a firm no and a wipe to play with which probably isn't much help!

It does get worse! My LO always has his hands down his pants and will actually remove his pants and trousers so that he can have a lie down and a fiddle!! X

On good. So much to look forward to! Thanks for the suggestions. I managed to crack it this afternoon by giving him two objects to hold, one for each hand! I'll give peek a boo a go tomorrow!

You need to hold both hands and both feet at the same time with left hand and wipe with the right ( need wipes laud out ready etc. i find giving a toy, it ends up covered in poo too!

My 16 and 14 year old lads have their hands down trousers all the time! It's a big bug bear of mine!! I tell them im not having a conversation with them when they are playing trouser ping pong!

And i have 5 boys for my sins!! Argghh
