Going to walk down 12 flights of stairs.. Lift back up.. And walk down the stairs again.. and repeat till they kick in properly Hehe

when my friend felt her waters start to leak she just pretended it wasnt happening and went shopping for the day and then by the afternoon things were properly kicking off!!!

Did my first cycle on the stairs.. deliberatly walking with my legs out like a penguin to open up my pelvis.. And the relief through my back Oh my God! felt SOO good! I didnt even realise how much my back hurt till it went away LOL lets hope contractions keep going.. will do another run after some lunch.

Cant go out and walk properly, its still really icey round here so its stairs, and long hallway!

I said to my mum last week that the first thing i would do in labour.. is have a bath..

But now im too scared of stopping them all together!

Sounds like a good plan!! Yeah don't ave a bath yet, have one when your properly contracting. Really do want this to work for you! X

The stairs run seemed to slow things up.. weird lol

10 minutes 25 seconds apart
7 minutes 54 seconds apart
9 minutes 04 seconds apart

And they are lasting..

1 minutes 23 seconds

That last one was really intense.. but still not really painfull... its so weird, i had this expectation of how they would feel.. and its just totally different, cant explain Lol But have a hell of a lot of back pain now

Midwife said yesterday she was leaning a bit toward my back yeah, but not fully. Had to breathe through the last too.. still not painfull though.. just the pressure getting more intense

I was really quick Kat from when I had the pressure on my back and I too thought that the contractions would be much sorer but they werent till the last min when I was told I was 10cm dilated!!!

Ooh yeah my contractions didn't hurt until I was pushing but it was the pressure in my bum that hurt like you needed a big poo, I think your little princess will be here by tonight or tomorrow morning! Try walking some stairs!!
