Hi everyone. I’ve not been posting much this month. I’m CD12 now and will probably ovulate in the next week or so. I bought an ovusense this cycle and have been so distracted with reading about graphs and how it works that I’ve not really been thinking about my actual cycle lol I meant to start using opks this morning as I don’t trust ovusense yet but I couldn’t be bothered. I might start tomorrow but I’m hoping just going with the flow and having a distraction (Albeit still ttc related) will help this month as I’ve found the last couple of months terrible x

Hey girls, how are you all? Lolly, I’m sorry to read you’ve been having such a hard time. Ttc really is such a tough journey!

Ovulation day for me, I normally don’t even notice ovulation but I’ve had lots of symptoms today!

Just my 21 day bloods. The male doctor I saw said age was against me. Cheers doctor. Kept saying it. I’m 39 but i’m not ancient. Lol
Thank you that does help. I’ve been pricing up the clinics near us.

well they should be arranging you to have a scan of sorts. i dont know its technical name so i call it 'my area' scan lol. i have that 20th may so about a month off.. but id call and say you want a scan done of your overies and see what response is...

I'm very curious about the Ovusense! When, during your cycle, do you have to start using it?
Ttc is such a hard journey. I hope the Ovusense will help you get pregnant faster. Keeping my fingers crossed for you Rainbow!x

Hey so I am. Joining my 28th testing thread.

Cd1 cycle 28 hello

Please put me down for 25th May we won't have much of a shot as hubster is away from Cd15 for 3 days with work so will just need to BD like crazy before he goes and hope some swimmers stay there and I don't ovulate late again like this month.

If I get in for FET this cycle then obviously this will change but its looking unlikely.

Anyone using ovusense ? I'm trying it for the 1st time this cycle

You use it from end of AF then it’s personal choice if you stop after it detects O or keep going until AF, I’m only 4 nights in but I think I’ll keep going until AF as it will show if I have possible progesterone issues etc. They have a nurse too who will give you a one hour consultation when you have 3 months data and will tell you if there’s anything that needs looking at.

Yeah they haven’t done anything just told me to come back in July as that will be a year of trying. That’s what i’m going to say when I go in on the 3rd. Thankyou.

It's expensive but worth it if you can get some information about your cycles if you don't catch.
It's really interesting, might get one if I don't get pregnant in a few months.

I’ll let you know if I recommend it after I’ve done a full cycle. I got 25% off as I found a discount code so it wasn’t too bad (although was still expensive) but I won’t be buying my clearblue advanced ovulation tests anymore so I’ll save that way x

Hey ladies.
Been a bit quiet on the testing threads as I haven’t been tracking my cycle. The OH went away for Easter weekend so I thought it would be best to not use opks incase I was ovulating while he was away.
I am quite certain that I ovulated on Sunday though (CD16) had quite bad stomach pains and a shit load of creamy CM (more than I’ve ever had before)
OH had a telephone appointment with the doctor this afternoon, he has been referred to do a sperm analysis, he picks up he’s form and the instructions and the pot tomorrow and will then have to make an appointment with the doctor at our local hospital for the day he needs to do it.
The doctor also said that he will be happy to refer us to the fertility clinic straight away if any problems with the results.
All in all good news for us really but hoping it will just happen naturally very soon!!

Fed up today. I think i’m having hormone problems. My period just isn’t right. Since January my periods have been getting lighter and lighter and this month barely anything there. I don’t need to use a pad.
Tried talking to one of my close friends about it and she just said aw hopefully it will all
Be ok then proceeded to talk about her “problems” someone isn’t talking to her and apparently that Trumps my concerns. I had sat listening to her moan about this and try talk abut what is worrying me and I feel like I have no support.

Just venting. I’m always there to help my friends and thought I’d get some support. X

You never know char, maybe a relaxed approach is just what you need! I’m glad your doctor is getting things moving for you but also hopeful you get to cancel all those appointments cause you get your BFP x

I said to my friend I was having a bad day in work as I had realised I would have been finishing for maternity leave around then and her response...’you’ve just reminded me I need to tell my boss when I want to start mine’.

I’m booked in on the 3rd May to discuss this and rep quest to be referred for testing. I had went beginning of March I think it was and the guy just kept dismissing me and saying my age was against me. This time i’m in with a different doctor. Hopefully they will take me seriously. It’s very out of ordinary for me to be so so light.

Hopefully it’s just a temporary thing and they sort themselves out, I have very light periods only last 2-3 days with spotting either side and only one day worth a light tampon. I always worried I had a lining issue and they checked it today at my scan and said it was looking good. Sometimes these things just happen and they don’t always mean the worst. Keep your chin up and I’d definitely get a second opinion xxx
