@flowerbomb did you try just using a new one? If you contact clear blue and says it’s faulty they might send you a new holder.

did my first CB this morning and got the blank circle which I think is the standard first time test in a cycle. I’m CD8 but likely DTD tonight regardless as it’s the weekend x

Hi all. I found this thread was too much of an emotional rollercoaster for me, so I decided to back off until I had something to contribute.

I...think I just got my BFP? This was my first month tracking ovulation. Got my positive OPK Thursday evening two weeks ago (solid smiley on clear blue), so I would guess I'm 13-14 dpo. No symptoms at all, except for what I thought was ordinary pre-period cramping the last couple of days.

Here's the picture. Does this look normal for 14 dpo? Or should it be darker?

It just feels kind of surreal. I don't think I'll even start to get excited unless it gets darker in two days.

did you literally just use on FMU both days and this happened on second use? X

Just praying that it sticks now! This would be my first, so it is all new territory for me, even after all I've learned in five months of forum-watching.

That is amazing. After 3 years we are both back here again Im using clear blue ov kit too. Got a blank circle this morning. I also did a cheapy in the afternoon.

Thinking ahead for next cycle, when do you start to bd and how frequently? Google tells me that the best time is in the 5 days leading up to ovulation and then 1 day after, but how can I pinpoint when 5 days before is when I don't know when I'll ovulate? One of my friends said after a positive test she has always bd every day for 7 days (there's no way we'll manage that ) so which should we aim for?

Me and my husband BD every other night up to 3 days before ovulation (for the week before) then every day in the 3 days before ovulation and the day of. - wont lie im over it by the end of it hahaha!

Last month started every day after bleeding stopped but think were all tired out by the time probably ovulated!!!

First day of BD for us this cycle - my CM is starting to get more ew-y as well... But I tend to have a week or so of we cm so it's not that exciting yet, but we'll see my cycles are starting to regulate and get shorter and shorter so I do like to try and make sure we're covered. (I've gone from having cycles completely all over the place and upto 8 weeks long to consistently being 5-6 weeks and getting closer and closer to the 5 week mark!)

Yeah I used fmu and this was my second use.
I've used the holder today though and its worked, I've got a blank face. Xx
