Losing weight and TTC

I will update tomorrow once weighed.

I think I need to start drinking more water but I'm finding it difficult. Especially at work (I say that but I have only managed just under a pint today and I've been at home) just haven't wanted to move as it's been so cold!!!! brrrr
 
Yeah, staying hydrated during weight loss is important. I think it might be a bit of a myth that it has to be all water or a lot of water. As long as it's liquid I think it counts (that probably doesn't include alcohol!).
 
Haha yes, we were discussing last night if having a gin and tonic made you more hydrated than other drinks as tonic is water. Don't think it quite counted though.

Oh yes I only drink pure water at work to be honest... I'll have two coffee's and then just water, but at home I tend to put some sugar free squash in... or if I drink decaff coffee or a fruit tea I count it towards my water count.
 
1lb off :)

Would be nice if I could see a 2lb week soon; but I'm happy it's coming off that's 5lb off in January altogether
