I'm still waiting for AF. Really starting to get Fed up with this waiting now... I know once things start I'll be ok, it's just every time I go to the loo still nothing... Just feel like I'm moping around while I'm waiting...

Hope you're not waiting much longer. I've never used provera, was always given norethisterone so I have no experience of it either I'm afraid.

Did the clinic tell you when to expect af? X

Hi ladies! I hope you don't mind me posting in here...please say if you do! Anyway we are starting iui again, AF has arrived today after taking provera so my first injection will be on Monday after a scan. We are on a clinical trial so get it free even though we have a child, hence starting sooner than expected. Anyway big good luck to everyone, Lucy I hope AF shows soon. How many days is it now since you took provera? Missj how are you doing?

Blondy - hi!! of course you can post here. What does the clinical trial mean? If you don't mind my asking. I'm doing good thank you, going to get back to exercise and healthy eating, I've gained about 8lb and I really need to lose it! This cycle has gone much quicker as we started on a higher dose so we could be in the 2ww in 2 weeks - my largest follicle after just 4 days of injections was 8mm. It's not huge but normally I'm on a lower dose and so it takes about 3 weeks of injections to get to that size so this time is a lot faster! x

Yay Lucy that's great she's here! We will be cycling together too, my first injection is Monday.

MissJ it sounds like the higher dose is much better for you, as long as you don't get too many follicles growing then you could be doing iui end of this week?! Exciting! It's hard to get back into the mindset of healthy eating isn't it once you've stopped. That's the bit I struggle with.

Oops meant to say, the clinical trial is basically a trial to see what to increase the dosage by. Every patient starts on 50 then 5 patients go up by 12.5 and 5 go up by 25, with the aim of getting just one follicle. It's funded by the drug company which is why it's free. After this cycle if it doesn't work we'll have to pay.

It's so weird this cycle was 7 weeks to the day, same as last time. Least it's gone down from 12 as couldn't bare that..

Ooh good luck blondy.. I'm hoping Monday or Tuesday. What are you going to be on? I'm starting with 450iu menopur, then certitude after 7 days..
