Weight watchers ham pizza - 3.5

salad - free

ice cream sundae - 2.5


Points remaining - 2

Kim you're doing great, first few days are always the hardest I reckon.

I'll be joining you soon cos I'm gonna start WW again... I'm still paying the subscription each month but not actually doing the diet :shhh:

i paid for a month on card so it gives me motivation to go every week. plus you save something like £4 :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Prawns and oven chips - 8
(can you tell i have an unhealthy obsession with prawns!!! lol)
cheesy puffs - 1

2 glasses of WW wine - 2

Points remainig - 2

went for a meal with samandbump today and had cajun chicken and chips :oops: :oops: :oops:

Don't let one bad meal ruin your hard work. Just write it down and keep going as if it didn't happen. You can do it! :D Cajun chicken does sound yummy.
 
Don't let it ruin everything for you. Hopefully tomorrow at weigh-in you'll have lost a few pounds, that should be enough motivation for you to keep going :)

Or you could just skip the chinese tomorrow night and that'll make up for it?

lozzi, its at half 6, just waiting for my mate to come now shes coming to see leah for a bit first :)
