Hope you don't mind i'm gonna keep a weight watchers diary on here in this thread.
i joined up with my friend again tonight then went for a delicious indian afterwards as a last supper and the diet starts tomorrow!!
i went shopping today and bought all the food for this week and i'm really looking forward to starting again
my first goal is to lose 2 stone.. i put 3 stone on while pregnant so i want to lose that plus some more.
but to make it easier on myself, the first goal is 2 stone.
i will be replying to this post with the food ive eaten and weight watchers points ive used each day so just ignore it lol
i look like this now
but i intend to look like this in 6 months
hopefully i'll be updating next monday with a loss!!!
