Hope you don't mind i'm gonna keep a weight watchers diary on here in this thread.

i joined up with my friend again tonight then went for a delicious indian afterwards as a last supper and the diet starts tomorrow!!

i went shopping today and bought all the food for this week and i'm really looking forward to starting again :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

my first goal is to lose 2 stone.. i put 3 stone on while pregnant :shock: :shock: so i want to lose that plus some more.
but to make it easier on myself, the first goal is 2 stone.

i will be replying to this post with the food ive eaten and weight watchers points ive used each day so just ignore it lol

i look like this now

LMAO @ the first pic! ive got some jeans here that will fit you but i want them back for the weekend cos im off out for a few pints and an "all u can eat" chinese.......... :rotfl:

1 weight watchers cheese triangle - 1/2 point
weight watchers yoghurt - 1 point

Lunch

cuppa soup - 1 point
weight watchers cheesy puffs - 1


Tea

Prawns on weight watchers brown roll - 4
weight watchers almond bite - 1

Supper

2 crumpets and weight watchers cheese triangle - 4

TOTAL so far - 13.5

Points remaining - 4.5

i am allowed 22 points but im doing the kickstart for a week which is just 18
