Hi,

I am new to this site after 6 years as I came on because I found out I was pregnant but unfortunately lost it. This is my first time I am actually ttc with my husband and I am unsure I understand how this works.

Can I ask a stupid question?
Is the tww ...two weeks after ovulation or two weeks after when your period should have been due?

Hi Laura,sorry for your loss. Welcome to the forum ! TTW is the two weeks after you ovulate-the dreaded wait!! Are you trying for your 1st? I am trying for my 1st baby since January. Wishing you lots of baby dust

Thank you. Yes this will be our first too! I'm really excited to start actively trying- my husband has always been way more broody out of the two of us and I think I finally caught his bug hehe thank you for explaining tww i swear this site has its own language

Yeah you will pick it all up. I've been broody for ages...I didn't realise how difficult it is to get pregnant...fed up now ! Hole you don't need to wait long.x

Dam it i think am out...wasn't expecting af till Wednesday but I have pink spotting when I wipe...usually I have some pale brown discharge for a day before af but nope.. So so gutted this just gets harder to take each time.

I think that's wishful thinking...2 days before af due at 12dpo? Seems far too late to be that!

I've heard some people do get implantation bleeding around the time af is due and that's why a lot of people mistake it for their periods, unless your really heavy with clots and pain I still think your in with a good chance your symptoms have sounded very promising xx

It might not be anything Alexis, I get pale pink spotting at odd times in my cycle, it can be because there's more blood flow down there.

Well im in my fertile window ladies so its BD for us as much as I can get him hehe xx

I have some cramps...nothing on the pad just when I wiped earlier but I suspect it will be af on its way. I have the worst left boob pain I can't even touch it...I am exhausted and I've got a sore throat with flem....a d I am so hungry yet food is tasting very weird. My body plays yet another mean trick on me again.

I guess I will see you in Julys testing thread the time I am ready to test again will be start of july...and 6 months of trying. Good luck to the rest of you girls testing this month.

I got my day 21 bloods results back and there nornal so at least that is something.

Got him! Haha He knows the importance now I've actually shown him the ovulation app and the few coloured 'fertile' days, even though we dtd every day or every other, I wanted to make sure we are getting every day in over the next few fertile days.

Im determined to send the old witch packing

Don't get disappointed yet Alexis, there's still chance sweet, I know its exasperating but you will get there im sure. 6 months feels like forever but its a really normal timespan to have been ttc.

Hi, how long have you been ttc? I know its totally draining having another months wait but chances are you will conceive in the end. I suppose im only just getting more determined as I thought I was ttc since 2015 but really I've just not been preventing until a couple of months ago (I know, I didn't know there was such a difference!) and now dtd every day through my fertile week and every other at least for the rest of my cycle!!
It's an effort really because you both know you have to get in the mood to dtd even if your tired or working different shifts.

Oh has been told he's been sent to Scotland for work Friday till Monday I'm due to ovulate Sunday will I miss it this month? So far we've been dtd every day since last Friday as for some reason we just can't get enough of each other at moment not sure if it's cause he worked away for 5 days again in Scotland and came home last Wednesday xx
