I know. I held back how I truly felt for years bit when his mum nearly killed one of our dogs with her meddling, I let rip. Sadly, she wasn't there to hear it...but Fan actually cried because he finally felt like someone else understood at last.

My OHs sister in law sounds very much like yours. Very toxic and I now have cut her out of my life. I don't know how you do it. I just can't hold back anymore. Life is too short to have people in your life that are controlling, manipulative, toxic, attention seeking, the list goes on. When I had Ivy I just though "Fuck it" I don't need people who stress me and make me feel like this in my life. I hope your Christmas is good especially since its your last together before the baby comes

Has to be said tho, Dan must be an absolute keeper. From how you've described him and your relationship, coming from a family like that and ending up how he is despite it, he must be a fucking star ! Xx

I was up at 3, for god knows why
Dd has her jabs today! And I have the Drs, hubby finishs work today for Xmas so that's great. Gotta vax all the carpets tho and have a massive headache. Sorry having a moan lol

I don't think you're allowed to be in this thread unless you moan haha. OH has the weekend off for once so I was excited but I'm working Saturday and Sunday now to make up hours I've missed before the 28th I'd rather lose money tbh I've so much cleaning to do!

Hope DDs jabs go well and she's not too cranky after hun xx

Let's just say he is...and he was raised the parents of all his friends because he is nothing like his family. If we go anywhere with them, all we do is apologise to people for their behaviour.

Oh I thought I share this. I have an ovia ap on my phone and it shows how big the baby's hands and feet are compared against ours right now. It don't know why but I thought the comparison was so strange to see. This is for 11 weeks. The little green bits are our baby's hands and feet lol

my 12 weeks scan today went Great! baby was very lazy lying on it's back twirling it's fingers around. she's dated me at 12+4 which is great as I had 12+2 so pretty much bang on. and the NT measurement was 1.5 which is a relief.

I haven't been able to upload a picture with this useless phone but we got some beautiful ones. I'll maybe try with the laptop later.

just about to pick up DD and tell her the news over a pub lunch.

Just back from getting dd jabs, she screamed the place down, least I didn't cry this time aha. I'm in such a foul mood today no idea why, the tiredness is so overwhelming was falling asleep in the Drs. :/
Nearly slipped on black ice (which is literally everywhere by me, it snowed again last night and it just froze everywhere is white, like ice skating, gotta go back to the Drs for me at 2. Should be fun. Had really bad cramps when I nearly fell over :s

Yeah, I've had that happen a few times when I've slipped. Cramps for about half an hour afterwards, it's horrible.

I've just given up trying to understand people now. His mum is by far the worst. His sister was diagnosed with a terminal cancer 5 years ago. The day after it was downgraded last year to non terminal, I walked in their back door after taking their dogs out. His mum must have thought I'd gone out with Dan, his dad and sister...because I walked in to hear her on the phone, telling someone that his sister had just been told there were literally months left to live, so could she please be cheeky and ask that raffle prize if a weekend spa break be just given to her so that she could take her daughter for some quality time together while she could still manage it.

I hope, before the inevitable rantings that will sound very mean of me at Christmas, that this little nugget shows just what a fucking vile person his mother really is.

OMG I hate people like that!!! Seriously!! It makes you not want to believe a word that ever comes out of their mouth. That is the worst thing ever!!

Sounds like my stepdads ex-wife, she told CSA that their daughter had meningitis (shaved her hair off and everything to make it plausible) just so she could try and get more money out of him and more benefits etc. - don't know how that would have worked anyway with the CSA!!

Some people are just unbelievable lowlifes
