Must be scan day tomorrow as I have my scan with the fertility clinic and I'll be 7+4.

I'm so nervous after such a journey to get to this stage xx

Hi MelC. I also am having a scan at a private clinic this week. Mine is on Friday, and I'll also be 7 weeks + 4 days. What a coincidence! I also relate to your nervousness, after a long time trying to get to this point. Hope all goes well tomorrow!

I hope everyone has had a great day today! �� I'm really jealous of all you guys having early scans. I'm just counting down the days till 11th Jan when mines booked in for but I will be nearly 13 weeks. Good luck with your scan G4YLE I'm sure you have a little bean in there just waiting to say hello ��! I keep worrying the same as you though (I'm just a massive worrier) xx

I'm the same Rachlaider, my scan is on 7th Jan when I'll be 13+2 and in the last week kept worrying about it being very late/general problems/even not being able to see the bean happily swimming... I know some are irrational fears, luckily I spoke yesterday with a friend of mine who's pregnant and should deliver any day now and she calmed me down a bit. I will talk about it on Monday when I'll have the first appointment with the midwife.

I have to wait till 7th Jan as well when I'll be 13+3 which is rather irritating but I've got my private scan te end of January so no time at all to wait xx

Hope everything's ok Charlie I'm going to call epu today getting quite a bit of pain and a small amount of brown spotting so will get my daughter to school then call them as I don't have a midwife yet x

I hope you're okay elfs mummy, hopefully brown blood is less to worry about. Hopefully they can reassure you with a scan.

Fine thanks hun! Still absolutely knackered but nausea seems to be largely passing now although last night I was lying in bed and the smell of the fabric conditioner from our freshly washed bedsheets was making me feel funny! I'm finishing up for 3 weeks annual leave on Friday so I can't wait to have some time to relax!

Morning ladies iim still loaded with the cold hardly slept past 2 nights as just jfeel like I can't breathe at night properly! Only good thing to come out of it is Ive lost my sense of smell haha. My scan is at 7pm so hoping today goes quickly

I have a question ladies: since two days I'm having at the same time in the afternoon some light cramps in the left side of my belly, did anyone else have it? It's not very painful, more annoying and yesterday they went away after a couple of hours (again now, hopefully stopping soon...)

They didn't say why they just said they don't give them out!

They said I am 10 weeks so I imagine my due date has changed but not officially. Baby was curled up snoozing in a funny position so they could get an accurate measurement! Naughty baby.

My cramps are due to a previous c section and because baby's getting bigger and stretching. Scar tissue isn't as stretchy and it's probably the cause of my pain!

Sofonisba are you over doing it? It might just be everything stretching. Have you mentioned it to your midwife? Xxx

My first appointment with the midwife will be next Monday, so don't really know who I can contact about it ATM. I had two very stressful days at work though, hoping it's just that. The cramps are slowly stopping again so I should be soon fine like yesterday

I'm back from scan! It was fab although the baby was being an absolute monkey! spinning about and moving all the time, the sonographer was getting quite annoyed! Dated exactly 11 weeks so dates are the same. Everything looked as it should.
They couldn't do the NT screening and offered another scan plus I'd been l need more blood taken so I said forget it. I was undecided anyway so that decided it x
Glad all was okay Charlie.
