Well in my lack of being able to sleep mode I've been googling about this drip and have now made myself scared it's going to hurt more than normal really hope I don't have the epidural really want to stay mobile! Xxxx

Oh no :/ try not to scare yourself!! quite a few people I know have had the drip without epidural, hopefully you'll be fine!
I also can't sleep tonight, lots of sharp pains and twinges , just keeping eye on things! Was going to phone in morning to have the leaks checked anyway! :/ x

Yes defo worth getting check even just for peace of mind!
Fingers crossed I can manage through it. I don't mind the injections just want to stay mobile to hopefully speed things up. Just hooked up to the monitor now then they are going to examine me in 20 mins. Apparently if waters haven't all gone they are going to try this first before drip! Xxx

Good luck! My midwife was telling me that they have what's called a 'mobile epidural' these days which means u can still move about (accompanied) and go to the loo etc so maybe look that up too. It's just like the epidural but not quite as strong from what she said xx

Jenbob, I had an epidural and was still completely mobile. I hope he makes an appearance for you today, being in pain for days isn't ideal, bloody inductions eh xxx
