Katie I would assume by now testing with a FRER it would be getting darker. You should really be able to line them up and notice the change in colour.
Maybe you should book an appointment with your GP and get some bloods done. They will be able to tell you accurately that way. I hope AF doesn’t arrive for you x

I thought this would be the case. The nurse wants to see me after my next period so I think I’ll give it until next week and if it doesn’t arrive then I’ll be asking for bloods.
Not gonna test again now, there’s no point me wasting my money and getting more upset! Xx

I have had a hint of pink to them before but very faint. Most of them are colorless. I almost always have indents and some have sadly been pretty convincing.

Yeah If you feel it would upset you keep testing then stay away from the tests until AF arrives or until your next GP appointment. Big hugs xx

I might be the only person in the world to get a convincing false BFP then
3 tests in a week that have all been faint (but visible by not even squinting) BFP but not getting any darker. AF was due yesterday so surely it should be blindingly dark by now? Xx

Ah katie I hate to say it but you might be having a chemical hun, they were definite lines I seen on your tests, this is what happened to me when I had a chemical got faint positives for about 5 days they never really progressed into dark lines i think you’ve been using frers? They do have some pretty convincing evaps these days but I do think your lines have been pink and too dark to an evap so I wouldn’t say they’ve been false positives, only thing you can do now is wait it out to be honest, my experience of going the docs in this scenario they will just do one of the rubbish tests they have there which are not sensitive at all tell you to wait another week and test again and if it’s negative you are not pregnant, I know people suggest going for blood tests but it’s the nhs we are talking about here they won’t do expensive tests like that unless they think it’s really necessary xxx

If i say i didnt use opks at all purely by temps it goes with cd:18
If i say i got + opk 31/1/2 it says cd:16
Only way to get it to say cd:17 is by saying i only got + opk 2nd

Reality is blazing + 31 + 1 and a unsure on 2nd

*To add if cd:16 matalic cm 11 dpo
*Cd:18 9dpo -_-

Just need someones help in pinpointing it exactly. Thank you.

I would say CD16 is the day you ov’d. You have 3 raised temps after CD16 that would clarify this.

Yeah been using frers and spending more on them than using ic’s Because I thought they would be more reliable
Guess I’ll just wait for af... knew it was too good to be true to conceive the cycle after my mc!

I can only echo what the others have said, when I had my chemicals I got a positive on frer but it didn’t get darker.

I am so sorry that you are going through this, keep us updated xx

One different thing is I’ve been a lot more tired this time. Could put this down to going back to work and adjusting to after Xmas tho!

Don't rule yourself out until AF arrives hun.
It will make the 2ww a lot worse than it already is, trust me. The months i either convince myself i am or i am not are the worse.
I know its hard and its easier said than done but try and relax and keep your mind off of the 2ww and on other things xx

Wouldn't necessarily mean you implanted at 6dpo but would mean you did implant early.

I’m sorry Bonjourkatie, I’d agree with night owl, it’s very rare to get false positives on a test, an evap is one thing but your tests were pink and clearly positives so not an evap. I’d say this has been a chemical, I also agree that there’s probably not much the doctor would do but I probably would contact so that it’s on your record that it happened x

This morning I also had cramp and then when I went the loo I had a small about of spotting / red in my cm.

I’m concerned. It’s to early for implantation! What could this be!

No not necessarily, Emma tested the day after her dip and she got her positive.
It just depends on the level of hcg in your body i am guessing.

Really depends. Me for example, i am pretty certain i implanted at 6dpo, as i felt it and got my bfp at 11dpo i think it was, but everyone will vary.
