Here's the pram I bought ladies (at 11 weeks i'll add - bold move!) I love it so much. I am a Liberty fiend so when I knew they'd collaborated on a pram I needed it.. Currently boxed up in the spare room Getting exciting now..

We got our friends a wooden box from Amazon with lots of compartments arranged as a step or pyramid with brightly patterned ceramic drawers for spices, trinkets or jewellery, it was about £30 & they loved it.

Not had any strangers maul me yet but it could still be mistaken for a beer gut! How rude to ask if it was planned! I once asked a colleague if hers was a surprise as I knew her partner was still at University but it was planned apparently! I think they had rich parents!

Love the boob emoji! Mine have been heavy and painful from the start especially when I first sit up in the morning. Has anyone bought bigger bras yet? Did you get maternity ones or just bigger ones? I've just adjusted mine for now.

Lovely pushchair! I still have no idea what I'm getting. I feel that they're ridiculously expensive and I don't want to get the wrong one and I'm apprehensive about spending so much on a pushchair in the first place.

I haven't been in my normal bras since about 12 weeks, Bllueflower. I got some very comfortable maternity bras in the BHS closing down sales and I've been wearing those. They just look like crop tops really and they're nice and roomie, although not the prettiest!

I bought bigger bras last weekend, but just normal non padded ones. Thinking about getting nursing bras for later on. So far my boobs are definitely not sagging, quite the opposite really, they feel a lot firmer than normal.

Mine are heavier but not much bigger, I am 36D and don't relish getting too much bigger!
Got some wire free bras from Asda for nighttime but not supportive enough for under daytime tops.

Oh no Kate, my boobies �� I was a 36DD before, currently on a 36F now!

Beautiful pushchair, we are getting the Cybex Priam system in Princess Pink (it's actually purple so don't know why they call it Pink!) but OH has said in not allowed it for a bit longer as I already have so much stuff. Cleared out bedroom and tidied the spare yesterday to make room for more baby things. Oh and did everyone else know nappies came in different sizes?! Me and OH just thought they stretched haha!

They are soooo bloomin expensive Laura it's ridiculous.. It's a big decision! I got the Bugaboo Bee first time round and was majorly disappointed in it.. That looks gorgeous Abi, just googled it! The car seat that came with ours is the Cubex Aton Q and it is so lovely, roomy and squishy compared to the Max Cosi we had last time..

I'm in nursing bras or sports bras just because I already had them but already popping out.. Definitely no underwire for me from now on I find it so uncomfortable!

Hahaha, oh Abi! Yes, they come in many different sizes and if your baby is anything like Poppy was don't stockpile on the newborn size as they really are dinky and they grow so so fast! I'm really eco-conscious and have seriously been looking into cloth nappies for this time round.. To be honest the thought of them really grosses me out but I feel so bad for the planet! Anyone else researching them?

I've just got a couple of non underwired from Tesco at the mo lol I need some new ones ! I was a 38DD before so not sure what I am or will end up ��

We are going to get our nappies from Aldi our friends all swear by them. X

I said to hubby the other day if expressing/FF then we will need more bottles and he thought the 6 we had in the starter kit would be plenty love him X

Definitely going for cloth nappies, the disposable ones take 18 years to break down apparently! We might use them for days out though. I wonder if it's OK to burn them on an open fire or bonfire instead?

Yes in in sports bras too, underwire hurts! And I've heard rumours it effects milk.

We have been buying nappies for a free weeks withou realising so have a newborn pack and two size 4 packs!! I wanted to do cloth nappies so badly but OH really doesn't as he is convinced we will have a poopy washing machine lol.

If the baby is anything like me or its dad then the little one will be a beast haha xxxx

My boobs have shrunk! But that's because my milk's dried up the last few weeks (not that my little girl cares, still comfort feeding lots which I'm finding really tough) but my rib cage has expanded so I need a bigger band size but smaller cup size :/

I tried cloth nappies for about 3 months but gradually switched to disposables as I'm too lazy...oops

KateK, have you looked into Gnappies? They have a cloth outside but a disposable, biodegradable insert so they're not as gross haha

Woohooo I just got a letter from HMRC, 300 quid tax rebate coming my way! I will be using that towards pushchair!

Kate, why were you disappointed with Bugaboo? I think I'd go Bugaboo Donkey if I were up for spending a lot. I'm still not sure whether I'm willing to pay that much though.

Ooh great, thanks Sprout, had heard of something along those lines but good to have an actual brand to research! I know Blueflower it doesn't bear thinking about the number of nappies/wipes there must be in landfill I'm going to be getting some 'cheeky wipes' - if you're into eco products definitely look them up I think they look great..

I just think for the money we spent Laura we didn't get much.. The pushchair seat itself felt huge and wasn't at all padded, I felt like she was lost in it - had to use the car seat clipped on for months and months (you can get a carrycot but the base price of the pram is so expensive we just couldn't afford all the extras..) Also the folding mechanism completely bust at 6 months (having been temperamental for a little while) but that's probably just my bad luck again.. The donkey and the chameleon look lovely if you have the money, I never looked at them properly but I can certainly say that the Bee wasn't value for money at all.. With a £300 rebate though, the pram world's your oyster! Wahey!

We looked at the bugaboo donkey & didn't really rate it for the price and have gone for the mountain buggy which is also good for walking etc which I'll be doing lots of with the pooch X

I know it's a bit naughty with nappies but I couldn't face cloth nappies. X

Is it true you don't need to do babies bums with water and cotton pass now when they are first born ? X

No, you don't have to faff with water and cotton pads, I like water wipes which are just a brand of wet wipe that are like 99% water and much less hassle.

I was a nanny part time while at uni and I had one family that used cloth nappies and I have to say I realllly hated them and dreaded every nappy change. The baby was 11 months old already when I started looking after him and he hated having his nappy changed and crawled off and wriggled and screamed and it was a nightmare to get the cloth nappies off without him trailing it everywhere, and then trying to get the millions of poppers done up on the clean nappy. Blooming nightmare! Also I found that no matter how well I thought I'd layered and padded him out, they seemed to leak wee fairly often. I don't rate them. They were some expensive American brand.

I know this is quite a personal question, but have any of you thought about nursery costs? In my area, I am looking at over 2K per month for two! Yikes. I will be hopefully buying a house next year, so money is going to be tight as it is. I am not sure how I'll afford it :/ one would've been manageable, but not so much with two!

Just to chime in on the nappies, there are biodegradable disposable ones in for example bamboo. Check out beamingbaby.com
I wanna use that for environmental reasons and because I would rather not have plastic and synthetic materials, but bf says they're too expensive.
