hOWS EVERYONE GOING WITH THEIR WEIGHT LOSS??

I was 9st 6 pre-pregnancy.

I'm now doing slimming world I was 11st 6 when I started 7 weeks ago, I'm now 10st 5 so I've lost 1 stone and 1lb.

I'm now back in my pre-preg clothes do am going to loose the next stone a bit more slowly.

Love slimming world though it's the easiest diet I've ever done would really recommend it!

Right well first step completed I've been to weight watchers this morning.

Got a bit of work to do as suspected but I'm ready for it!!

Jaxx01 did you manage to find a meeting?
 
I have lost 3 stone since having Theo! 2 stone just fell off, then started weight watchers and lost another stone in 6 weeks, still have 4 stone to lose to be at goal weight though :shock:

I had my first personal training session today!!

It made me feel like I could go n eat loads of crap lol but I didn't. Hungry now though so may gorge on some strawberries-however the dairy milk in the cupboard seems far more tempting!

But I'm gonna be strong n fight the urge!!! Xxx

When I started ww I was breast feeding and I didn't use my extra points but I stopped bf after about 2 weeks on it so don't know if you should really skip the points?? My leader told me it could dry your milk up which made me a bit worried?! But with an extra 14 points it means you can eat loads! Lol xxx
 
I know Im not one of the 'new' mummies but can I join you all :) my LO is 2 in a month and I've failed to lose the baby weight :wall:

I joined ww and followed the points for a BF mum, it was almost double what you could eat if you weren't BF and I didn't lose a lb.

Ooh mel just seen your ticker...i like the 2 stone off for christmas, thats what i need to do...and a little bit more..but i'm not setting sights too high!
 
Slimming world ladies, do you do extra easy or red and/or green?

I'm trying to get back on the SW bandwagon again and I always stick to the same things. Don't know if it's my downfall. Green days always and pasta or bachelors rides :roll:

Becky I aim for 1lb a week as that's totally realistic :) If you started that now then it's 26lbs off from today. I think small targets are the way to go.

Olive I do a mixture of EE and green. I think I prefer green days tbh so might do 4 green a week and 3 EE.

I ALWAYS use my syns for chocolate lol. My new found syn treat is an options hot chocolate sachet with a cut up flump in it. Only 3.5 syns! Oh and morrisons have got pasta and sauce in for 50p at the moment, great for if you can't be arsed to cook and tesco have 10 muller lights for £3 at the moment too :)
 
Ok soooo I weighed in yesterday but I've just noticed this is in B&T so is open for anyone to see so I won't disclose my weight lol BUT I will report my losses each week :)

Hey hun, yeah ww is going well for me, I feel hungry a lot, but tbh I ate a hell of a lot during pregnancy so my body is just adjusting to eating normally again! I am feeling a lot better about myself! You're doing so well on sw as well! Well done you :) xx
 
Hello, can I join? Fellow ww here. Was 10.5 at my lightest and 12.12 just before delivery. Have been doing ww for 6 weeks (loosely) and am now 11.10. Up until 4 weeks ago baby was ebf, now blw but still bf so have lost some points, not that I've been tracking as I should (but crazy how my interest in food has waived since weaning started as I'm far more interested in what she's eating, so I'm eating for fuel as opposed to before. (excluding Ben and jerrrys tho as I always make time for them LOL) I'm going away in 5 weeks and would like to shift 8lb. Have Judy joined the gym on a 6 week trial and today.did s.buggy fit class that was v hard work LOL. But upping the dog walks, etc and will hopefully shift it. (btw I used my 14 bf points each day and still lost 4lb in a week!) X

i lost 5lb this week so 9lb in total in the 2 weeks ive been on slimming world
 
Well done Bev :)

If you girls are doing WW the bf points are there alike your daily they are the minimum your body really needs to stay healthy :) obvs everyone is different but you need the extra calories of you're bf :)xx
