hOWS EVERYONE GOING WITH THEIR WEIGHT LOSS??

I was 9 stone pre pregnancy.
The day Finn was born I was 11 and a half so a total of 2 and a half gain.

I'm now 10 stone so still got a stone to go but I feel pleased to have lost a stone and a half(considering I have eaten A LOT of chocolate over the last few week) x

Im doing badly.

Need to get back to it ASAP. I've had hubby set up the turbo trainer with my bike in the garage so I'm starting today with 15mins at lunchtime and 15 mins when baby goes to bed.

I went back to netball last week as well so there's something else. I feel DISGUSTING.

I think I have a stone and a half to lose before I'll even start to be happy!

Yeah the relaxin thing has hekd me bk abit as cant really push myself with the exercise xx

Come on ladies we can do this :)

Good stuff!! I love my netball, I've played it since I was 12 except when I was doing my accountancy exams.

Big tip though...make sure the girls are secure ;) lol.

I made the mistake of not doing this and I did not like the swinging around feeling haha

Tor you've reminded me I need to go get a sports bra this week!!

I used to play for school team but they do a bank to netball class at sports centre down the road so I'm off with an NCT mum x

You're on. Will post the dreaded weigh in weight tomorrow!!

Ok I'll do the same :D or if you don't want to disclose your real weight we can wait till next week to post to see the losses? Xx

I've been really lucky (or not in some ways!) I lost lots during pregnancy as I was so ill at the start so ended up a stone lighter after giving birth and I've lost another half stone from bf. Im convinced it will pile back on very soon as Im still eating loads and bf less! Don't have the same time to get to the gym now either!

i was 8 stone 4lbs before preg.
went up to 10 stone 4.
literally lost 1 stone straight away (Max was nearly 9lbs of it lol)
now iv lost about 3/4lbs just from cutting out crap, but i still have treats at the weekend.

my doc said i can start very gentle exercise this week (3 months post-section)- but to be careful coz i had a slow c-section recovery.

luckily my OH is a personal trainer so i dont need to join a group and everything in the house is pretty healthy- we dont have white bread/pasta/rice etc its all wholemeal and i always have my 5 a day sometimes more than 5.

my OH said im not losing that much as sleep deprivation affects the way your body breaks down food- it literally clings to everything u eat as it tries to gain more energy- so for any ladies who dont get a good sleep its gonna be even harder to lose weight!!

xxxxxxxxx

i have to say..dieting really isnt for me like ww or slimming world. before i was pregnant i weighted 11 and half stone and i went upto 14 stone 1lb. i weighted myself last night and i am only 12 stone so only half a stone to go...so zumba in my living room along with the kids going to the park running round after them and also playing just dance give it a week and will be in my prepregnancy stuff again yay...and i still eat all the crap under the sun.

but to you ladies that do these diets and all forms of weight loss WELL DONE to you all, as its something i could never do x x x

Have to say weight watchers to me isn't a diet as you can still eat/ drink anything you like

To me its more about managing what you eat and knowing that I'm getting weighed every week is a good incentive to stick at being good.

I have no will power to not eat naughty stuff!

I have no will power either.

I am amazed at the amount of junk I have been eating. Its a wonder I haven't gained, infact I'm pretty sure if I wasn't bf I would have gained a fair bit

OMG - can I officially blame my 'slow' weight loss on the dfact Im not getting enough sleep. Maybe thats it....lol
.

Im just gunna keep at it n try n walk into the village or with friends a few time a week xxx

I've been going on the fact that as I'm only having the occasional drink I can substitute the drink with chocolate. Or cake. Or ice cream. Or full fat anything!!

God I hate being like this bit I love food!! Also reckon I would of put on loads of not bf.

Oh the other thing is me and hubby used to eat out at least once a week so that's gone out of the window... But when we have gone out now I feel it very necessary to eat full fat stuff with chips!!!

Think one of the keys to weight loss in being able to plan ur meals so ur not just grabbing anything as soon as hunger strikes....however as we all know ...planning goes out of the window when u have a small baby as ur world revolves around their feed n sleep times and u come waaaaay down the pecking order xx

I've been looking into local gyms, then I was thinking about jogging and realised I won't be able to work it round the baby. Today I suddenly remembered the whopping big trampoline in my garden so am going to bounce on that every day.
