How are all you new mummies doing?

I got asked where a bib was earlier... Right it front of you, you numpty!
 
oh dear. Don't get me wrong Joseph has only been left with Kevin once for 30 minutes while I went for a drs appointment. I can see I will end up making a list of what we do each day. I think because I am always up (total OCD on my part) and make all the bottles, sort his food and clothing out like you Kev hasn't yet had chance to screw it up. The first time I leave them together when I go back to work I am going to be a nervous wreck xxx
 
Daniels pretty good tbf. I've left Thomas with him for a whole day and he was great. He just hasn't done solids with him yet (actually having to organise it) and when I'm at home he constantly asks me for things rather than finding them himself
 
Kev is good when he is here but when he is at work he is out for 14 hours at a shot. He is doing a private job today. He got picked up at 5.45am and I have got no idea what time he will get home x
 
He will do anything if I tell him to to it but I'm so used to carrying on with the feeding etc that he never had to do it really. Made him fee him his lunch. He does all his bottles though.
 
because I am so OCD with the bottles I make all the bottles. He will feed him if he is here. I can guarentee he will take him off me for his midnight bottle tonight and I doubt I will get a look in tomorrow as it is last day off before he goes back to work x
 
I had a great night out last night, the cinema was great and even went to the pub afterwards with my 2 friends. Got home at 1:30am. Really enjoyed myself. But yet again Hayley decided to wake at 4am and just wouldn't settle so ended up feeding her at 4:30am. Put her down for a while and she was making alot of noise ect so got her up at 5 to walk about in my room hoping she'd fall asleep but she then filled her nappy, so had a bum change at 5:30am. Exhausted doesn't come close to describe how I feel today lol

My ex came to pick up hayley for her overnight stay with him, he was 6 mins late. I again told him to be using the anti-reflux formula as advised by HV..he said he "couldn't give a fcuk what the health visitor says"...bit shocked at that reaction but ive given him my box of formula and my bottles for Hayley. Told him he needs to be his own to keep, and he said he needs to wait til the end of the month (pay day) How can he be skint if he hasn't paid a penny towards hayley and hasn't bought anything..and how does he think I manage it alone. Crazy. He also refused mediation which my solicitor offered, yet got a letter in the post saying he's contacted a mediator and I've not to contact them. He's obviously trying to get control, won't do it cos I offered it, so will refuse and offer me the same thing i suggested.

bought Hayleys cot and mattress today so it should be delivered within 2 weeks. Means I need to figure out where and how everything will fit into my room. The cot looks great though, it matches my double bed so think once i sort my room it will look nice :D
 
That's lovely Kaedin. I was uber excited when we bought the cot. Glad you had a lovely night out too. Perhaps have a nap this afternoon

Another sat night another sat night in! It wouldn't be so bad if hubby was in too but he's working and S is in bed.... I'm bored!!
 
Aww bless u chick there is bugger all on TV too!! I wish my oh weren't in he's done my head in today lol n got loads of programmes sky+ n he doesn't want to watch them!! Xxx
 
I'm bored too! Hayley is with her dad and I'm missing her so much. Hate when she's gone and I don't know where or how she is, so sitting in bed watching Always Sunny in Philadelphia on my netflix. Think I'll paint my nails and have a wee cider x
 
You should buy a mini recorder and when he picks her up and drops her off set it to record near the door or in your pocket ! Inexcusable behaviour and attitude towards Hayley's welfare!

I'm about to start a MOOSIVE pile of ironing!
 
Good plan for kaedin Bex! I'm just in a funny mood. Feeling completely lost without my best friend. She's always my go to person on the weekends hubby is working. The 4 other girls in our group have younger kids too so they all need their beds aswell. Got a night out next sat tho with hubby's friends and wives then holiday on the Monday so need to pull myself together!!

That is a good idea, just tested the voice recorder on my phone and it seems kinda decent. So I ill set it up for tomorrow when he drops her off in the morning
