How are all you new mummies doing?

I fell up the stairs earlier.mthen I sat there crying by myself.lol. I blame my slippers!

I blame
All he frap I had on he stairs lol I've been cleaning out the kitchen cupboards and had a million Tupperware pots I didn't need and an old tea caddy not to mention the hangers I'm throwing out from
Luke's room, a bag if mismatched socks I'll never pair up again and countless other things. Luke got up from his nap - he had about 2 hours- and now I need a nap lol

I've just had a quick nap before the festivities begin! Won't make it till 12, but maybe 11!lol

I can't believe I'm at work for thirteen hours tomorrow.

I'm batch cooking tonight! Hope you all have a lovely evening whatever your doing and a lovely day tomorrow x

No idea if we'll make it to midnight. I'm usually asleep in front of TV by 10 these days! Happy New Year!

OH survived his first half day looking after the munchkin by himself. He ended up having to put her to bed himself too as we were late home due to tube issues. He enjoyed it and has said he'd do it again (although not too often) but she did keep going to look for me. I enjoyed my day out but did miss her like crazy so no plans to do it again just yet.

Happy new year ladies. Doubt I'll make it to midnight. Hubby's still ill so we didn't go out in the end

We've just fine in from a hog roast party - won on the raffle too. Luke in bed now and were going to ring mum d grandma. I can't believe I won't see Luke all day tomorrow :( I leave at 8:30am and won't return until 10:15pm

Hope everyone has a great new year

Chris us still sick too. I'm sitting here drinking champers on my own. Happy new year!

Happy new year ladies! I didn't make it. I think I was out like a light at 10. I'm full of cold thankfully austin hasn't woke at all! Must have known his mummy needed it. I hope he's feeling better for his mega sleep too.

I went to bed at 12:20- I won't see like at all today and I'm really uneasy about it. I worry he'll think I've abandoned him and I know that's unlikely but it's the way my irrational brain is working right now

Happy new year all. Well, I got my BFP this morning!! Baby number 2 is on the way! While it's what we wanted, I was feeling really guilty this morning as LO is only 9.5months. Is this normal?

Congratulations! No experience but I'm sure it is perfectly normal. Just think how rewarding it will be when they can play together :)

Excellent news! Your LO will be 18 months by he time bubs is here and it'll be fine. There's a 22 month gap between me and my brother and were close so I hope the same for you.

Happy new year indeed!

I'm so happy for you as well as jealous and broody.

Congratulations!!! I'm a tiny bit jealous as we are trying right now. I had a pang of guilt when we decided but I think I've sorted it my head now?

Any specific why you're feeling guilty?

Just because LO is still so little and she's going to have to share us. I know it's daft and it'll be nice to have 2 close together.

Yay, congrats! Don't feel guilty, she won't know any different, and gets a brother or sister! :-) my kids were 8 and 5 when Emma arrived. Think it's harder at that age as they have got used to having me available 24/7. They were a bit annoyed at first as we can't go out and do all the things we used to like cinema, and out for dinner regularly. I've also had to cancel lots of clubs as I can't drag Emma out at night, or sit with her for an hour when she needs to nap etc. but they've come around. This year they asked for a brother for Xmas!

Definitely don't feel guilty. I felt exactly the same thinking about ttc again but then I started thinking of the positives. They have someone to play with and do things with at home and on holidays. As toria said they won't know any different either. Plus they will learn lots of life lessons through it like sharing, caring for someone etc etc.

I'm so excited for you it's such a lovely thing. I wasn't that bothered about being pregnant first time round but I can't wait to be pregnant again now.

Aw congrats! Don't feel guilty, like the others said. There's pros and cons whatever way you do it. Have to say I'm jealous too. Now I'm back at work all I can think about is the countdown to when we can have another x
