How are all you new mummies doing?

I have a BT monitor and mine started freezing - contacted BT who told me how to manually reset it and it's owrking fine so far...hairy wood! You will have at least a 1 year warranty for electrical goods so I'd contact the shop you bought it from for a refund, repair or replacement

We bought ours in a sale over a year ago so it's not covered and no idea where the receipt is now - I kept the receipts for big purchases but not small one. We paid about £25 for it because it was half price

Another full night :-) hopefully we are out the other end now!

Oscar woke at 4.30!! He didn't have all his dream feed so think this is why! Anyway had a bottle at 4.45 as he wouldn't said however then I had to wake him up at 7.30 to get ready to go! Haha

After some arguing with work about how any holiday hours I have I said I had 7 weeks annual leave accrued and hey said that I had 4 weeks I won ! I so indeed have 7 weeks so I'm taking 1 weeks maywrniry and 2 weeks annual leave so that makes my finances a little healthier! So after I return properly I will have 2 Weeks left to take between nov- April.

I'm
So bloody sick of work and I'm not even back! Just for my bias telling me to be careful that I don't show work in a negative light regarding my post about my pay. I'm Sick of having to censor my personal life!!

I'm so holding back on using a sarcastic status...

Lucky you are keeping such a good track of all your leave etc. sounds like that company will do anything to save a bit.

Oh you have to watch the finance department. I had a huge augment with them a few years ago because I was. Off sick and had no sick days left and the way hey do it is put your full set of hours on, tax you then remove the hours you don't work. I pointed out they couldn't tax me on money I hadn't earned. It took me a long. Time to prove to them why it was wrong.

Half my job is reporting Into our FD

You can not get 1p wrong without her finding it! She's savage! But bloody good at her job! She scares the pooh out of me haha

MIL popped into Mamam Jojo Bebe .... Send me this pic - how cute!!

aw bless you. Work can be a pain. I had to sign a disclaimer in both my previous and current job to say I can't mention anything about my job on any social network site. I normally put a sad face as my status and tell people privately. My current job I much much better but when you have your boss on your friends list you still have to be careful xx

I have a social networking policy I've signed too! Only I don't class this as a social network haha :)

My work is the same, not allowed to discuss or post stuff online, I have done it plenty of times though! Haha

I'm nervous, have joint mediation today for the first time. I think I'll end up just crying the full time like a huge emotional wreck :wall2: Got a number of things written down that I want to discuss & hopefully resolve. Fingers crossed

Write down everything so if emotion does take hold- then they can go through what your wishes are

So if you write down - clothes - make sure you note next to it - his refusal to return? Unfair? Key points like that :)

Good luck and let us know how you get on if you feel comfortable doing so x

We can post stuff as long as it's not confidential info or anything that can make he company look bad - basically we can say good stuff but not anything perceived as being negative. I forgot this is why I decided not to add work people and then I forgot lol

I've seen people post things worse

We also have a policy stating we can't get drunk in public in case were seen by someone who knows we work there... I guess that doesn't apply to the time I saw one of my bosses drunk on a hen night running down the street in a nappy and toilet paper bra waving a dildo, huh?

Good luck kaedin!

Personally don't post stuff about work on fb anyway...unless it's about having a laugh with colleagues. Not worth the hassle

I just don't see the big deal about it - I don't post much about work - usually just about me being poor and it being works fault lol

My work has a social networking policy, basically you can't post anything that would defame the company. Hate it though as the number of people who don't realise at work and then I have to have conversations with them.

Good luck Kerry, let us know how your get on

I've obviously not worked for toooo long. Never had social networking policy in mine!lol
