How are all you new mummies doing?

Yeah we've seen accountants about it who've said to just give it to Chris now. But both sides own commercial properties etc and live off the income. It all becomes dodgy if you start handing over cash etc. Chris's mum has a massive diamond ring too. It's her 2nd engagement ring from her second husband. The first wasn't big enough so she asked for another :-/ but wears both. She's left it to Maddie, but obviously I'll be getting a bit of wear out of it before Maddie gets her hands on it. She's left her other engagement ring to Jack so he has a nice ring to give his future wife.

Well today was the day we were supposed to drive to Essex to see my friend and her new twins. This was the third time we had rearranged. Packed the car last night, all sorted to go. Fed Emma this morning, Then as we get ready to go I notice her nose had started to run and her eyes looking weepy. Ended up cancelling again. She's just gone down hill since then. Coughing, sneezing, rubbing her eyes which look sore. Refused her lunch and was falling asleep at the table so put her to bed. Heard some coughing then silence, ran up and she's spewed up what lunch she had eaten, and was just lying there in it. :-(

oh no :(

oscar has anotehr cold :( all bunged up! what is going on! cant keep up- all the babies at nursery are ill and the staff aswell

the bugs are back :(

I just keep thinking, just get through it now when at nursery then not so much illness later on.

Emma's now got a rash.

Luke has never had so much is a sniff ! Dreading it when it comes lol

Aw god, they pick up all sorts at nursery eh?! Hope they are both ok.
Was at my buggy exercise class today and I mentioned how my stomach hurts really bad after exercise and turns out my stomach muscles are split! All this time and I've never known, it's like a big hole just above my belly button!

Are you going to ask your GP for a physio referral Jen?

I'm seeing one for my lower back pain. Can't say it's pleasant, but hopefully it will sort it. Good on you for doing exercise classes! I really want to get yoga back into my daily life, as I'm sure that would help too, but finding it hard to fit it in, both time and space!

Also trying to get playing my oboe back in there for some 'me' time, but the rare occasions I manage, Isabelle just wails. I know I'm out of practice but I'm honestly not that bad...

If anything happens to my parents there will be nothing! Il prob have to pay for there funerals they haven't got a pot to p**s in lol
I'm at my wits end we can only afford one car so I have to take n fetch pete from work n when I fetch him Macie has started screaming for the full 50 mins it takes to get there and back! This is the 3rd night now a d today she's started screaming everytime I put her in the car seat! Arghhh xxx

Thomas is in his 3rd cold now :S

In other news cooked spag Bol and thought I'd give thomas some so blended it down so it was smoother. He hated it.

So back to hard I go until he's ready for more 'solid food'

Kathryn, so many dishes I slaved over. Then froze trays and trays of, my older daughter spat out. Flung on the floor. Ended up costing more than jars and pouches. So I gave up.

Emma however doesn't mind my cooking. But I'm only doing simple vegetable and chicken, or just mixed veges. Then adding a bit of a jar or pouch on the side to vary what she has.

Oscar isn't a massive fan of spag Bol Kathryn - it's the mince texture he doesn't like I don't think ? Havnt made it again

Omg, anyone watching channel 5? They just filled the baby's bottle with coke. She only looked 1!

Is it because of the dark? do you have a reading light in the back you can keep on? Or do you have ewan? That helps austin!

If it's day time we bought a mirror which seemed to help massively at first. Now he's not bothered.

I need to rant! I love my in laws very much. They're lovely people but I'm getting extremely annoyed with them. I have asked hubby on several occasions to ask them not to Ring the house phone yet they still do. If it's not a bloody emergency ring mobile & we will call back. I've asked this of everyone from day 1 of bringing austin home yet FIL & his step mother persistently do it!! How difficult is it?! They've just rang again at 8pm. I swear if have gone ape if they'd have woke him.

That's annoying! we only have ours for the internet, if anyone wants us they call our mobile.

That's strange nat.. And stressful when your driving! S likes if I turn the music up loud, particularly ed sheeran haha! Soothes her if she's crying. Try some lullabys or something while your driving?

Don't know what I'll do maud, you can't really see it externally so not too worried. She showed me a few exercises to do too x

We've said the same to everyone about ringing house phone. If anyone rings after 7, I hang up straight away. They will get the idea.

Nat, is it just night time she doesn't like? Emma's in the car a lot, so she loves being out and about.

Jen, I'd get that looked at. It's quite common, and think it just requires exercises.

Had abit of a stressful evening. I made carrots for Hayley to try and she didn't eat much and then spent the rest of the day being sick tonnes and crying alot. Since introducing foods her sickness has been bad again. She's been tired and fighting it, so was overtired too. Put her to bed at just after 6 and she keeps waking up crying. Just spent the last 15 mins rocking and singing to her to get her back in cot. Hopefully she'll sleep through as the last 2 nights she's been waking for her dummy.

Had a nice day out though, went a nice walk along the canal earlier and we were feeding the ducks and swans. Hayley had a great time :D

I wonder if shes got a bug Kerry? Emma didn't want to eat today either, and what she did get down came up a bit later . And then she broke our in a rash.

Also she may not like the strong flavours. Have you tried a little porridge with fruit? And just add more fruit over the days?
