How are all you new mummies doing?

Again- problems when he drops her off - tell him next time unless he tells you what she's drank he won't get her next week! Put your foot down! And def start looking into weaning :)

Write that down for mediation

Honestly think if it's a yes vote it's going to screw everyone over. But tbh I'm not that bothered about it, but then I wouldn't be cause I live in the east of England so I'm miles away

I'll be honest ive been dragging my feet with weaning even more so as I don't want him feeding her. As i think he would be daft enough to give her something snd walk away and leave her alone for abit and she could choke! But he could at least tell me how she's been other than "fine" if he asked me i'd talk for a good few minutes telling him everything she's been doing, including describing her nappies!! Why can't he at least give me some information regarding her

I've written a good few things up in a family mediation notebook thing today that i want to discuss, doubt it will resolve anything tbh!

I feel so restless tonight. Everyone in our house (include monty our jack Russell) is asleep :(

Morning Ladies, what carrot sticks does everyone buy? I could only see ones for 7+?

Yeah they all say 7+ - I think cos they are finger food tho and that's when it's advised. It's not because of the ingredients as far as I know.

Hope you got some sleep pumpkin. Yeah can see you thinking in that kaedin - it's a horrible thought tho. She has to start sometime and be around him :-(

S was up at 3 I clock and just would not settle :-( ended up feeding her and she took the whole 7oz, god knows how cos she had a lot yest so hopefully just a one off. Took me ages to her back to sleep too.

Luke is still asleep! Last 2 mornings he's not women for 7:30 bottle

well you need to stop dragging your feet - come on- dont let it get you down- you cant put everything on hold because of him :) you can work her weaning around him

if your worried about choing then do a mixture of blw and puree- give him purees to give her and you do baby led? :)

oscar was up at 1.30 3 3.30 - bought him into bed with me in the end !

I managed to sleep, and Thomas slept through so we've just got up.

Glad this vote is today, it's getting on my nerves cause it's basically the only thing in the news. Not sure I agree with 16 year olds being able to vote either. As much as I wanted to vote at 16, realistically I had no clue about half of the things and how they impact on my life now

Ryan's 7mo in a week and he's been having them for a while, the tesco ones, and the boots ones, and he's been having boots own vegetable rings too which say 12+

When I took him to get weighed just before 6mo she said he could have everything food wise, pasta, bread, cereals, meat, cheese etc so I figure that all the numbers on the baby food boxes can go to shit if he can have the same food I'm eating! X

Kaedin have you thought about having a little diary that you could write in when she has a bottle/sleep/any issues and hand this over between you so it doesn't matter if he isn't feeling communicative? One with a page to a day and the times prewritten would be easiest to fill out.

^ wss

It sounds bad but make it as easy as you can for him to keep you informed, that way come mediation you've got hard evidence to support the fact he isn't being cooperative rather than just words? If you have something to show the mediator it'll stick much better! He's punishing his daughter with his silly behaviour and it's not fair on either of you!

Kaedin, I don't even trust my husband to sit still and watch Emma while she eats, so he does the purée bit and I do the finger food.

Next time you have mediation, bring it up. If he can't be bothered feeding Hayley a bottle, what's the chances he will go through through the hassle of feeding her food. Might be worth changing visitation again.

Right off to the Aldi event. After my recent selling success on eBay I've decided to buy extra stuff there and try to sell it. Mystartingfund is £150 so going to see if I can make any money

I hated not being able to vote at 16. I was working full time and paying tax but I had no say in anything. I always took voting very seriously - I used to campaign for a party when I was 8 on my bike lol.

I can't wait for the vote to be done with, it's on TV 24/7 - I've not been sharing my opinion on in because I don't want dragged into it with my Scottish friends but can't wait for it to be done! Lol

Is it wrong that my OH is the totally over cautious one and not me? He seems to fuss over every wee thing and he's had kids before lol!

Ahh forgot about the aldi event, I might nip in and pick up some weaning bits. Running out of bowls!

i believe if you can go and serve your country and die for it - you can vote!

im off to the baby event after work :) will swing by with oscar and pop a few things in my pram basket
