How are all you new mummies doing?

Thomas was fine, seemed to enjoy the mash potato and flour!

Didn't cry for food so change to routine was fine. I just feel so shit after these. I never seem to click with the other mums that well. I can have a chat and get on with them but it never seems to go further.
It really depresses me.

I don't know why I'm that bothered as when I go back to work I'll have no time for that stuff but at the moment it makes me feel awful

I'm terrible. I've hardly been to any groups & socialise more with my friends who have children. Luckily one of my close friends had hers 5months before so not that big of a gap. I try to talk to others a clinic but like you said, I just don't click with them!

I decided to follow HV advice on the bottle front. It makes sense (for me anyway) to get food & bottle with over in one go otherwise going out for day trips will be a nightmare. Stopping to feed then about an hour later stopping for bottle. Luckily Austin is happy doing it like this

I used to do bottle with food, these are the bottles he's slowly dropping.

I have a few friends who I see one has a little girl 3 months older than Thomas. For some reason I've got this into my head and I can't shake it! I'll get over it soon.

Bex- sounds like your coping admirably with the small amounts of sleep. Hope you get a better night tonight

Ladies totally off subject but if any of you follow PlayPennies on Facebook you'll see with the tesco baby event just now there's a glitch with pampers. Three for two and buy one get one free on all essentials packs and active fit. I just got 3 packs of pampers for £9.99 :) xx

Lucky you! Looks like they've realised & it won't let me checkout

I saw this just as it was posted! Then a stupid women came and wouldn't leave so I missed it GAH!!!

Oh no!! I love PlayPennies - got my sister who's expecting an advent electric breast bump for £19 on boots instead of £119!

Luke has been off his food today but ok with his milk but he looks like he's on pain with his teeth - he but mum the other say and she said she felt something sharp but can't feel anything.

He had breakfast fine but didn't make much if lunch so I'll give him. Slightly bigger tea to see if he eats that

Aw man what a day! S slept in my bed til 1am this morning when hubby came up and took her through, I was too scared to leave her! She's then been up since 5am, only dozing on and off and fighting her milk. She's only had 20oz since then but just won't take any more. Considering going and buying some baby rice to hopefully fill her up a bit before bed. She seems fine in herself tho... Me on the other hand anxiety levels are increasing! :wall:

Some bargains ladies thanks for that. I got some weaning stuff from tesco cheap today too which was good. Hope the babies are ok x x

Jen, just had to read back to see what happened. Poor Scarlett. Did you figure I what caused it?

Jojo, someone else was saying bout their baby's teeth coming through a bit, then going back down. Maybe that's what's happened?

I've missed out on those bargains too. Too busy today. Back to the gym twice a week now, so by the time I'm back, showered and got a min to check iPad, half the day is over!lol. Did get my first ocado delivery today though. £80 and I got soooo much as nappies and wipes were half price, heaps of baby food half price, mam stuff half price, the list goes on. Then got £20 off too!

Speaking of teeth- when I wa pregnant they told me I needed a tooth out but didn't want to xray if they could avoid it. Today the temporary filling came out and almost choked me!

I had the tooth emptied out for the filling do it's basically a crater. Dreading the dentist Thursday as anaesthetic makes me really sick for some reason.

Hope I manage tonight and tomorrow without hurting but I think it's dead - can't feel anything

HV told me that could happen with teeth. I swear Austin's have been pushing since June & he only got them through in August. Meanwhile in the time Austin has had 2 cut, the pup has lost most of his baby teeth & his adult ones are through! Wish babies teethe quickly!

Animals seem to have Sussed the pregnancy, birth, learning to walk, eating solids/ teeth thing much better! Basically just everything to do with babies better

No idea toria, she's had a cough since coming back so don't know if she maybe coughed wrong and boaked or something. She's just fought her next bottle and managed 3oz, it's gonna be a looong night.

Jojo, it'll be fine for 2 days, especially if the roots died off, it shouldn't bother you between now and then, maybe just a bit sensitive. Hope your ok this time with local.

Off to ocado website I trot toria ;-)

Ocado don't deliver to my address boo!

Hope S feels better Jen! Hayleys been really ill today and now has a bad cough too makes it even worse that ive now caught the cold so i feel like death. She's in bed now as am i! I've been counting down the minutes til bedtime. Heres hoping we both sleep well tonight.

I've just had a look at ocado, and looks like the nappy deal ended today. It says half price at the top of the page. Then you go to the nappies and it says 3 for 2. Baby food still half price. I thought it might have a short expiry date, but all the ones I bought are good till mid 2015.

Jen, did you see the voucher code for £20 off and free midweek delivery for a year?

Bex, just tried the size 4 teats for the first time. She drained her bottle in 2 mins! All 8oz!

I'm also terrified of the dentist - my old dentist never have me enough anaesthetic (apparently I have deep nerves or something and requires more tonumb me or something) and it always hurt- new dentist is better but I still hate it - I have a history of passing out too due to the stress of it for me.

It seems to be ok, I just had some milk and didn't hurt much and I'm just being careful to rince with mouthwash so no food gets stuck in there.
Going to mums for tea on Thursday when hubby is at work so I have help with Luke if I'm really sick again

On the upside out new TV is here!! The box is bigger than he couch lol
