How are all you new mummies doing?

OMG ladies. Never had so much of a fright! S has been fussy with bottles all day but happy enough. Got her all changed and settles as per, wS feeding her and she started choking a bit, sat her up and she made a horrible manly choking burping noise and no exaggeration, projectile vomited her whole bottle abd more, about 30 secs later did it again and loads more came out all over her and me. She's NEVER sick more than just the usual burpy sick, she was sneezing it our her nose for ages. She still had 3oz in her bottle but refused it half an hour later so we are currently snuggled with her sleeping in my bed waiting for her to wake up hubgry! Feel terrible and on tenterhooks now :-(

Aww no!! Hopefully once she's had her next bottle she's back to her normal self! xx

Oh no Jen that's what happened to Macie when she had that sickness bug a couple of weeks ago it's awful

How quickly can they catch bugs do you know? I had her in at my work today and dentists and nurses were holding her (my worst nightmare!!) and wonder if it could be this. Hope not :-( I've got her next to me but I wonder if it's best to put her in her own bed where sensor mat is.

Hope your throat doesn't come of anything x

I remember her being pregnant with george and I must admit I was thinking please god don;t pick the name we have for our little one as we would have changed it.
My son was born 11 months BEFORE the prince, and is called Alexander George, so the same two first names, just the other way round. When the prince was born some idiot actually asked me (genuinely, not in a sarcastic way) whether I'd named my son after the prince. I think my face looked like a combination of  and  , just didn't know what to say!

Hope the poorly babies feel better soon (and the mummies).

Nat- I went to Buckingham palace and Clarence House a few years ago and it was brilliant. I wanted to go again when they had Kate's wedding dress on display but didn't get round to it.

We're going to baby squigglers tomorrow at 11.30 which is messy play. Looking forward to it but slightly nervous as Thomas has got himself into a routine over the summer and this is right in the middle of his morning nap time, and he won't go without (he woke up at 10am today) and still insisted on a nap at 11.30 till
1. So I could have a very cranky baby on my hands.

I'm not sure Jen Macie started with her bug on thu n I got it sat n pete Sunday so hopefully fx it's not a bug how is she?
I'm def going to Buckingham palace one day it's on my to do list lol just can't imagine going to London anytime soon I'm a proper tourist ha ha it's so busy 4 me! Xxxx

It's one of those days Jojo!

Thomas normally wakes at 7. I had to go and wake him at 8.10 so I could feed him early and give him his nap early! Don't think he was impressed but we're in track got baby squigglers at 11.30

Just abit concerned that he'll want his lunch before 12.30 :s

I had Austin weighed again last week after him only putting an oz on in a fortnight. He's done well this time & put 11oz on in a fortnight. Now his 3 meals a day have been established, I've followed HV advice & I am feeding him good first followed by bottle in one sitting aside from the morning one when he always has bottle followed by porridge.

So when he wakes he has 7-8oz bottle followed by porridge

Around 12 he has a jar of food followed by his bottle. This has been very hit & miss as to how much he has. Yesterday he had 2oz & today he's had almost 4oz.

Around 4 he has another jar followed by a 5-6oz bottle

Around 7.30 6-7oz bottle then bed

I should add that mrs b said she'd started following her lo's lead with when he wanted food opposed to when she thought he should be eating. I did the same & this has worked for us too

Oscar has

7am bottle
8.15ish porridge
10.30-11 bottle
12 lunch
2.30-3 bottle
5ish tea
6.30-7 bath and bottle

Dream feed 10.30pm bottle

:/

Thanks ladies while she's still wanting her milk think I'm just going to keep giving it her ATM she seems to enjoy milk more than food ATM I've only just got into a good milk routine lol n now trying to fit everything ins a nightmare! Lol what do u do with feeding if ur out n about? Do u always make sure ur in at every meal time now? Xxx
That's so shit bex bet ur knackered I'm back next week only part time but feel shit about it feel so sorry for you xxxxx

We do

8am-8oz bottle used to make porridge (he drinks leftovers)
12.30pm- food lunch plus water
3.30 - 8oz bottle
5.30 - food dinner and about 4oz milk (I've tried to replace with water but he's not ready)
8.15 - 8oz milk

Edit - nat I take food out with us, we have suction bottom bottles and the small one has a lid, so I either put food in that or use pouches

Hi ladies. I hope the little ones that are poorly get well soon. I hope you get sorted with your car and work Bex. Joseph is still on 3 hour bottles. He has a bottle and porridge at 8am. Food and bottle at 11.30am, bottle at 2.30pm, food and bottle and 5.30pm. porridge at 7pm and bottle at 7.45pm. We pick him up for a dream feed at midnight however last night he screamed at my hubby when he picked him up and refused point blank to drink any of the bottle so we will have to see what happens with that one. The problem I have is that he rarely drains a bottle. most of the time takes 3-4 ozs. hes been putting himself in the crawling position and pushing up but no crawling yet x

Thomas was fine, seemed to enjoy the mash potato and flour!

Didn't cry for food so change to routine was fine. I just feel so shit after these. I never seem to click with the other mums that well. I can have a chat and get on with them but it never seems to go further.
It really depresses me.

I don't know why I'm that bothered as when I go back to work I'll have no time for that stuff but at the moment it makes me feel awful
