Kaedin, has your solicitor posted the letter yet? What he needs to understand is she's acting as a mediator, and he can either settle down and try to agree on something. Otherwise it's gonna cost him to go to court. I just don't see how he thinks it's ok to have Hayley all over the place. Silly thing is, if she's not well or playing up he would probably bring her back to you anyway.
