How are all you new mummies doing?

Good news Michelle!! It's for the nat west I used to work for Barclays before having Macie and took redundancy when preg I'm just so scared! Have also applied for evening work at asda wish I didn't have to work at all tbh! Xxxxx

Yay excellent news michelle, you must be so relieved.

Excellent news for you too nat! That's brilliant. Yep, if only we could stay on mat leave all the time.

Don't know where my post disappeared to earlier. After all my worry last night, S slept from 6.30 til 8! That's defo a record!

I was just visiting and someone who I know said it's perfectly safe for to make babies bottles up with bottled water abroad (below the recommended sodium level obv) as it's just as sterile. Anyone done this?

Scrap that I've read nhs website and it says still to boil so won't bother. Ready made it is!

I've got friends in France and they make all their bottles with room temp bottled water!

Good luck nat, you'll be fine! I've no idea what our plans are for work - I don't think I could not work at all but OH would rather I didn't :/

im not even at work yet and im stressed already!

spoke to HR few weeks ago who said to email the back to workletter to someone which i did... got a call today from my manager saying i should have sent it to him because hes my manager not anyone else. already getting attetude from him - i have to go in on monday where he is no doubt going to be an arsehole and im going to be by myself.

now i find out the email i sent didnt get there and none of my emails will get through to the right person... stressed!!

So upset - hubby had welfare meeting today... What with his back

My company have just basically told him they are laying him off

Been on the phone to CBA and ACAS today and basically talked then through everything ( without going Into all details on here ) and they are within their rights

House is on the market but how we are going to sort this I don't know - so stressed out :(

Bex, that is rediculous! He's hurt so he can't do his job without causing more damage, so how can they let him go? We had a receptionist at my old work who used to take heaps of sick time off to get her boobs done or face lift etc, then her boobs were hurting her back. Then the air con froze her shoulder cause her boobs were so heavy. She took almost 2 years off sick and they couldn't let her go.

Michelle, glad your mole is ok. I've got heaps that worry me. Every time I go get them checked they look at me like "not you again". All are ok so far, but I'm tempted to just have all my dodgy ones removed just to stop my stressing.

How long do your babies stay in their jumperoo for? Emma only last about 15-20 mins then she's done.

Thanks everyone I didn't realised how much I was worrying till it's now all over. Good luck Nat hope u get it. I'm kinda lookin forward to working again just hope the business takes off n we do well.

Sorry to hear that Bexs will selling the house help or make it worse?? Wud u get more help in rented??

that doesnt sound right. me and hubby earn 12k between us and we get £5400 a year. if i remember, youre in a higher paid job than that.

Just planned my first outing without my baby. Am sure I should be excited but instead I 'm already worrying about how OH will cope with her by himself. It's not until Christmas! Better hope she's dropped some milk feeds by then...

my heart broke a little today when work called about going back. in just 2 months luke will be with hubby all day until he goes to work :(

Aw he will be grand maud and so will you. At least it's hubby your leaving her with.

Aw Bex that is rubbish! What a worry. Fingers crossed your house sells quick as so that's one less thing to worry about x x

That's shit Bex, there's nothing worse but I know these just sound like words but we've been through really crappy times with money etc and you will manage :)

Great news Michelle & nat!

Aaaww that's awful Bex. Is hubby entitled to claim benefits? Or could you consider going back earlier than planned? Dunno if he'll be able to claim mat allowance until he finds other work?

Is there other stuff you can consider to reduce outgoings? Like make do with 1 car if you have 2? Sell some bits & bats maybe?

Hope you sort something soon

Aw just held my friends baby who was born at 35 weeks... He weighed like nothing! I can't believe our babies were ever close to that, makes me sad!

Sorry to hear about your OH Bex that's crap.. Hope you's manage to sort stuff x
