How are all you new mummies doing?

I'm so annoyed! Someone is trying to tell me it's totally okay for her babysitter to smoke weed while they're looking after he kids. Am I wrong to be outraged at that?

I would contact a social worker! That's disgusting, how can someone high on the effects of drugs be a capable guardian of a child :wall2:

It's her half sister. She doesn't get paid...is certainly nor be letting her babysit but she says she's desperate for time away from her daughter as she's a single mum but there has to be better people! Unthinking rather not go out!

Honestly I would contact the authorities, that's not the place for a young child to be. My mums a social care worker so even she would tell you to report her. Social workers will be able to provide her with some additional help if she's struggling on her own. It's understandable she might need some help, but even her sister should take the evening off drugs if she's incharge of a child.

Bex are your cycles regular & usual length? Mine aren't & I was diagnosed borderline pcos. They couldn't give me a proper diagnosis because I'd just ovulated a couple of days before & that was when I conceived so didn't bother going back.

My skin has been extremely clear on the implant tho I have a couple at the mo but I think that's because I'm taking the mini pill to help the irregular bleeding. I think the combined pill must have unbalanced my hormones or something

I'm a April mommy too, come on most days for a catch up but been posting April FB more xx

I still have a gap in the middle of my stomach, like where the muscles have stretched and don't join together properly. Is this normal? Like when I sit up theres just this hole into my belly, which is actually sore if you feel it. I've never mentioned it to the Dr or HV as I kinda thought it would go back to normal once my baby belly kinda retracts but 4 months later I'm still waiting in hope!

Go see your GP Kaedin. They should refer you to a physio to show you what exercises you need to do.

Yes muscle separation needs physio- get it sorted! My midwife made me do a sit up and felt my tummy muscles about a week after Oscar! I made a joke about not having them anyway lol!

Yea PG test negative - reckon my cycles are just all over the shop ATM - :) phew lol!

Mine did this in pregnancy & are now back to normal. Get a referral to physio - if physio fails you may need an op.

Did you not get referred to physio during pregnancy for it? Physio picked up on it straight away kept an eye on it & gave me exercises to do when pregnant

Didn't realise how time consuming doing homemade purées was!! Two hours I was it haha :|
