Loving this thread M2A! I've been worrying a bit about my weight recently, i'm just so scared of not being able to lose it after the baby's born - what with being tired and everything and not having the energy to exercise (i also have Multiple Sclerosis so struggle alot with fatigue at the best of times never mind with a new baby to look after!) so am determined not to put too much on!!
So far today i have had an apple and banana for brekkie and Veg soup with 2 slices of wholemeal toast for lunch. I don't tend to snack much between meals but i do have alot of carbs at meal times - eat alot of pasta and rice, only ever wholemeal but still i know i shouldn't eat so many carbs
Hope everyone is doing ok today and sticking to their plans
